Help with tag display

Hello y'all. I might not be looking properly but I have a question for you techs. I am trying to display the tags (the ones you search through the search bar), without the latest and top tabs but rather all of them.

I cannot seem to find any way to go back to that display... is there any add-on or else I can do so I see every single post being tagged?
