bothersome bedtime
Alec Volturi x Hybrid Reader x Jane Volturi
You discover that running from the Volturi’s deadliest twins is impossible when they decide it’s time for you to rest.
By day six without sleep, you got louder.
By day eight, you got reckless.
By day ten…
You were a problem.
Not the usual kind.
Not the fire and laughter and chaos that could be redirected.
No.
This was frayed edges.
Slipping control.
Too much energy with nowhere to settle and no instinct left to slow yourself down.
Alec noticed on day four.
Jane said something on day five.
cat and mouse
Demetri Volturi x Hybrid Reader (Gifted with Teleportation)
Your mate will hunt you to the ends of the earth to prove that you are the one thing in this world he cannot lose.
For decades, your time in Volterra is a relentless game of cat and mouse that pushes the world’s greatest tracker to the absolute edge of his sanity.
The bond is undeniable. It’s an agonising, magnetic pull humming deep in your marrow, but you are a creature of the open sky.
To you, the limestone walls of the city are nothing but a gilded cage, and the Volturi are your jailers. You refuse to be claimed, even if the man whose scent makes your senses sing is the one holding the key.
The escape happens under the cover of a violent Mediterranean storm. You don't use the doors; you simply cease to exist in the library and reappear on the jagged cliffs miles beyond the city walls.
By the time the alarm bells ring, you are long gone.
Demetri stands in the center of your abandoned chambers, his expression a turbulent mix of predatory focus and hollow desperation.
He can feel you.
Your thread, the unique psychic signature he has followed for centuries, is flickering.
behave
Alec Volturi x Vampire/Hybrid Reader (Gifted with Pyrokinesis)
You are entirely committed to destroying Alec's peace and quiet, but it seems the stoic guard is the only one who can make you behave.
Chaos announces itself this time with smoke.
Not thick, suffocating smoke, no, you have taste. This is thinner, curling lazily along the high ceilings of one of the Volturi’s private library halls, carrying the faint scent of something definitely not meant to be on fire.
Alec knows before he even steps inside.
He finds you standing on top of a long wooden table, several ancient scrolls pushed safely aside (credit where credit is due), while a small, controlled flame dances in the air above your palm like a living thing you are teaching tricks to.
“You cannot possibly need this many dusty things,” you say to no one in particular. “I’m doing you all a favour, really. Streamlining.”
A nearby guard looks like he isn’t sure whether to intervene or accept his fate.
Alec doesn’t raise his voice.
He says your name.
The flame flickers.
the witch twins' mate
Alec Volturi x Vampire/Hybrid Reader x Jane Volturi
The guards call you 'the witch twins' mate' but you rather enjoy the reputation it brings.
They don't say it to your face at first.
They say it in lowered voices, in corridors they thought you wouldn’t bother walking through, in that careful, superstitious way immortals speak when they didn’t want to attract attention.
“The Witch Twins’ mate.”
Not your name.
Not you.
Just that.
A title. A warning.
Something to step around.
You hear it anyway.
Of course you do.
transformation
Eerie x Reader x Caspian
Your siren mates guide you through the transformation process; your change from human to mer, and you finally realise what they are to you.
The cove does not welcome the light.
It swallows it instead, dragging the last traces of dusk beneath the surface until everything becomes dim, green, and shifting. The water there is too still, too deep for something so close to shore. Even the waves seem reluctant to enter.
You lie half-submerged where the tide laps at the rocks, eyes screwed shut, your body no longer entirely your own.
Your hair moves before you do, long strands of it spreading like ink in the water. Your chest rises, slow, uncertain.
The change takes you only hours, but they knows the truth of it: the body transforms quickly; the mind lags behind, tangled in memories of air and gravity and breath that burns.
“Don’t rush it,” You hear one of them, Caspian, you think, say softly.
His voice carries the way all siren voices do, less sound, more feeling. It curls through the water and brushes against you like a current.
“It’s wrong,” you rasp, fingers clawing at the stone. “Something’s wrong…”
golden tether
OUAT Peter Pan x Reader
Pan gifts you a beautiful golden bracelet; little do you know, it's to make sure you can never escape his love.
The camp is silent, the Lost Boys having long since retreated to their leaf-strewn beds, but for Peter Pan, the night is just beginning. He doesn't sleep; he watches.
You are tucked away in a small hollow of a Great Tree, a space Pan has carved out specifically for you. It is filled with the odd treasures you’ve collected; shiny beetle wings, smooth sea glass, and flowers that glow with a faint, bioluminescent pulse. You are fast asleep, a soft smile playing on your lips as if you are dreaming of something wonderful.
Pan sits at the edge of your bed, his shadow detached and pacing restlessly against the bark wall like a caged animal. He reaches out, his hand hovering just inches from your hair. He doesn't touch you, not yet. He simply watches the rise and fall of your chest, counting every breath.
To Pan, you aren't just a girl, you are the only thing in his long, jagged life that he hasn't managed to fully categorise. You are light and chaos, and his obsession is a hunger that never quite feels full. He leans in closer, his eyes tracing the line of your throat. He thinks about the others, the ones who have tried to leave, the ones who have grown up, the ones he has discarded. The thought of you ever aging, or worse, ever wanting to be anywhere but under his gaze, turns his blood to ice.
mission missing
Alec Volturi x Reader
Alec returns to the castle from his mission. You are waiting for him, ready to tell him how much you missed him.
The castle doors open without ceremony.
They always do.
No grand return, no announcement, just the quiet shift of guards stepping aside as Alec Volturi walks back in, untouched, composed, exactly as he had left.
Missions rarely change him.
That was the point.
He moves through the halls at a steady pace, already shedding the remnants of it.
The tension, the purpose, the distant focus.
It would settle back into stillness soon enough.
It always does
Until…
“ALEC.”
right where he wants you
OUAT Peter Pan x Reader
Pan isn't above using fear to get you right where he wants; terrified of everything but him.
The storm over Neverland wasn't a natural one.
It was a manifestation of Peter’s temper, a swirling vortex of charcoal clouds and jagged, violet lightning that rips through the sky because something on the island had displeased its king.
You aren't used to being afraid.
Usually, you treat the island like a giant, dangerous playground, skipping through the Dreamshade thickets and singing to the shadows. But this, the way the thunder vibrates in your very bones and the trees shriek as they bent, felt different.
It felt like the island itself was screaming.
You stumble through the undergrowth of the jungle, your breath coming in ragged gasps. The rain wasn't wet; it was heavy and cold.
A crack of thunder explodes directly overhead, so loud it felt like the earth was splitting open.
"Peter!" you cry out, your voice small against the roar of the wind.
questions in the corridors
Alec Volturi x Vampire/Hybrid Reader (Gifted with Pyrokinesis)
Alec is on guard duty, but that doesn't stop you from trying to get to know him.
If there was one thing the Volturi valued above power, it was order.
And if there was one thing you seemed personally committed to destroying, it was Alec’s ability to have a quiet shift.
“You don’t talk much, do you?”
Alec did not break stride.
“No.”
You kept pace beside him anyway, hands clasped behind your back, walking half a step too close and entirely too loudly for a place built on silence.
“Is that, like, a rule? Or a personality trait?”
“A preference.”
“Boring.”

Alec Volturi x Human/Hybrid Reader
You're way too overwhelmed, the overstimulation causing you to panic. Your mate offers to use his gift to help.
You were already past the point where words made sense.
Too many thoughts, too fast.
Snapping, overlapping, refusing to settle into anything you could hold onto.
The castle felt too loud even when there was no speaking.
Your own heartbeat felt too loud.
And Alec, steady, close, trying to calm you.
“I can’t.” you start, then break off, shaking your head sharply. “I can’t stop it.”
Your hands press against your temples like you could physically hold your mind in place.
Alec stayed in front of you, unmoving, voice low and controlled.
sickly starfish
Eerie x Siren!Reader x Caspian
You try to hide your sickness from your siren mates; you should know nothing gets past them.
You know something’s wrong.
You just don’t want them to know it, either.
It started earlier. Just a faint dizziness when you swam too fast, a strange heaviness in your chest when you tried to breathe too deeply. Now, it lingers, sitting under your skin like something slow and unwelcome.
You keep moving through the cove like nothing’s changed. Like your body doesn’t feel heavier, slower, like the water isn’t pressing just a little too hard against your back.
You’re fine, you tell yourself.
You have to be fine.
And if you act fine, they’ll believe it.
That’s the plan.
A plan that fails immediately.
goodnight, treasure
Eerie x New Mermaid!Reader x Caspian
It's your first night as a siren and sleeping underwater is a lot scarier then you thought; luckily your mates are there to help you out.
You were unsure how this would all work.
How did merfolk sleep underwater?
The moon had risen high above the ocean, the darkness made the sea seem even spookier than usual, and the marine animals seemed to be dwindling off by the minute.
Being your first night as a siren, your first night ever to sleep underwater, you felt very uncomfortable and scared of your surroundings.
Eerie and Caspian were going about their usual nighttime routine in the cave you now called home. Eerie was checking the cave perimeter, rolling the rock that acted as a door to seal off the cave from the outside and using a spear to lock it shut so no danger could enter.
hair pearls
Eerie x New Mermaid!Reader x Caspian
Your siren mate loves to brush your hair.
Everyone knows Caspian is a showoff.
He is obsessed with himself.
and his hair.
Definitely his hair.
His long white hair is always groomed to perfection. Accessorised with little braids, seashells, treasures and really, anything he found pretty.
And that didn’t stop with just him. Oh no. That also extended to Eerie and now, you.
Eerie, with his short black hair, could escape Caspian’s clutches after a few quick brushes from his mate.
But you.
Not as lucky.
deserving of comfort
Eerie x New Mermaid!Reader x Caspian
You learn what to do when one of your siren mates is in desperate need of some comfort, no matter if he thinks he deserves it.
This was the first time you’d seen this from Eerie.
It was different to when Caspian was down. Caspian became wild and unpredictable - more so than usual - when he was upset. You’d seen that before, when he couldn’t get a potion or spell right, but Eerie hardly ever conveyed this sort of emotion.
You had also never seen Caspian step into this role, controlling the situation and talking his mate down; it was always the other way around.
You weren’t sure where that left you in this situation.
What was your role in this?
Eerie had a bad day, is what Caspian told you. Apparently, the poacher ship the Tritons were tracking was much more equipped with weaponry than previous ships and was able to take out four sirens before being sunk by the remaining colony defenders on the mission.
"the witch and the warrior, no wonder they're the most feared sirens in the sea."
