He strolled down the aisles of the house calmly, humming a song way too happy for the situation ahead. The spanner being thrown from his left hand to his right, from right to left, from left to right, waiting for the perfect moment to be used. As soon as the narrow hallway reached a curve, he stopped and smiled. Then firmly held the tool and gracefully walked down the corridor, popping lamps in the rhythm of the song and being followed by pitch dark.

At last he arrived at the desired room, a sophisticated place, in which resided a sophisticated man with a rotten core. Not that his own soul was any good, but that's besides the point, the current issue was that gentleman and his damned mouth. Knocked twice and opened the door without waiting for an answer. His face shaped into disgust as he saw those eyes drowning in fear and said, getting closer and closer with each word:

“You do not speculate about things you know nothing about. You do not act based on beliefs alone.” his face, now inches away from the other, again harbored the icy smile “I protect her from the likes of you and me. It’s personal.”

Spinned the spanner in a quick and precise impulse. Cracked open the man’s skull with one single blow from the wrench: strong enough to ache, calculated enough not to kill, damaging enough to be remembered.
