I never, never, never would have believed today I would be a Christian. Never.

I always heard that once you do, Satan tries all the harder to pull you back. And it’s hard for me to comprehend just how REAL that experience is for me right now.

I am fighting, going back and forth, doubting the reality of my experiences, saying “wtf am I doing I don’t want to be a Christian” and then 10 minutes after I’m praying to God again, like He pulls me right back to Him with all the patience in the world.

I guess Satan can really have that hold on you here in the beginning of this path…

Would anybody please pray for me?

My date, who until recently thought "tautology" referred to the study of tensile strengths and upon learning her mistake compensated by reading through its Wikipedia article: That would be more correctly identified as a "pleonasm".

The editor I hired to curate my posts who styles himself as a sort of scheming court advisor: My liege, this one is getting away from us. The punchline loses much of its impact when the rest of the joke is derailed by this increasingly self-indulgent meta humour. Were it up to me, your Grace, which of course it is not, I would cut the others and leave myself as the only supporting character. You need noone else, Your Majesty...

Please pray for me that despite my mother's opposition to very religious churches that I can still visit my local Catholic church as much as I am able to, whether it be for Mass, adoration, or chapel visits. I don't have much of a say in the house of worship my family chooses to stick to, and it probably won't be this church but I've somewhat convinced my mom that I could still go to this Catholic church sometimes if that makes sense.. basically Im okay with other non-catholic churches ofc but as a (closeted) Catholic myself I want any chance I can get to visit my Lord where I can feel and see Him most strongly <3

Blessed Virgin Mary, you who's solemnity brought me to my very first Mass today, pray for me and these matters, for I love to see your honor thrive in this church, oh Mother!
