I'm so, SO sorry about the silence!! Life caught up to me pretty fast, fixations shifted and then a mental episode struck (as they tend to do.. 💔) and time got away from me 😔 but I am alive and well!! I'm sorry if people were worried about me! 😭💔
Things have been weird and very, VERY busy.. but I'm hoping to post more! I've been practicing art a lot more + picking away at a personal project and doodling fandom stuff on the side- I'm slightly more active on my Tiktok, but really not by much 😔💔

about critic destroying worlds. so out of universe, it's meant as your inner critic causes writing ideas to die because of self doubts/fears. abandoned stories and characters. but characters are Real people in the twa universe (they interact with the inners). so, if critic is still doing his thing, he's definitely destroying worlds and killing- not really killing, eliminating- possibly a lot of people. on an existential level?
I miss when ads were a single click and then they’re gone. Now every ad has a minimum of three phases where you watch a video, exit the still frame of fake gameplay, and then exit the app download. That doesn’t even touch on the ones that forcibly take you to another app after opening a tab in safari without you ever touching the screen.
I hate advertising. I hate that you can’t do anything without companies jumping down your throat with mostly bullshit ads. I hate that billboards exist. I hate that every company unanimously decided to make their ads longer and longer. I hate that ad blockers try to charge you money and there are in app purchases to remove ads. I hate that my attention has become commodified. I hate that there’s nothing I can do about it.

Well congratulations, you have my headcanon for an AU that will never come out and is the reason why I wanted to draw this.. So Melanie is a robot, we all know that. But we also know that something is different ever since she died and revived. And here is my proposition.
What if, when she cries, her necks start dripping with fuel. In way it represents actual tears. Her body is doing things it never did before, things we could say that is reassembling how a human body works. When she "cries", her body tries to relief the stress she has, and how does a human body relief stress under pressure/sadness. BY CRYING! And Melanie is not taking it too well. She has to basically clean her fur very carefully, maybe with the help of Mozelle.
And even in deep stress some of her cables comes out, maybe when she's scared or surprised. No more clean shell, dirty robot here we go!!!
And I am working on other ways how her body is becoming ressemblance to human bodie and it scares Melanie. Why? Idk trauma does that to you, and I do know about that!
Been thinking to make her head into one of the old piece of technologies I have, to make it more unique. Maybe even take inspo from my mom's fashion back at her younger days. It be cool, more personal... Then maybe an animal crossing design, bunny to robot. Am talking about this because tbh it looks more like a fanart for "honeysodas" design of Melanie then my own.
