Hey RDJ fans!
We did pretty good last year with our bday letters for Robert. We received online letters from fans all around the world and then we sent multiple messages to Robert and his colleagues so he would know about them and asked for a shout out to let us know he saw them. And if his facebook post is any indication, looks like we really succeeded in delivering these letters to him! But this year is different! This is his big 5-0 as they say. We really want to wish him a fabulous birthday so we’re planning on sending him a box of birthday letters & cards. For this to be a wonderful birthday surprise we hope to get 50 handwritten birthday messages! So, please reblog so more RDJ fans can have the opportunity to send in a letter for him!
G U I D E L I N E S F O R T H E L E T T E R S
In order for this to be a success PLEASE follow these guidelines for your birthday letter/card
→ We are only accepting cards and letters — that means nothing bulky, only flat things. If you wish to send him a gift, please send it yourself and not through us because we will keep it instead
→ Be reasonable with the size of your letter/card, nothing too huge
→ Please put your letter in a double envelop with the outside one addressed to us (see below)
PLEASE do not be one of those weird/creepy fans and send something unacceptable, for example do not send any of the following
→ NOTHING CREEPY — No nudes, no professing of your love, declaring your wish to marry him & have his babies
→ Do not send hate towards Susan — that’s just wrong since she’s an amazing woman
→ Please do not send any fanfiction — this isn’t the purpose
→ You can send fanart but nothing creepy, let’s keep it G rated! — Again nothing bulky
Be sincere and creative with your letters, but keep it all appropriate is the main point behind this. We do reserve the right to screen the letters for creepiness, as we’ll be the ones sending them on
→ If you can, try to write your letter/card in English — use google translate if you must, otherwise he will most likely not be able to read what you wrote which would be unfortunate
→ Please include your tumblr name or email address on a separate paper with your letter so we can notify you when we’ve received your letter/card — make sure your ask is open!
