Nice to see things are up and running. Guess I’d better catch you up to speed; Loki’s attack on New York wasn’t all that long ago. And as it turns out, my fellow Avengers were looking for a place to stay. Gotta say, I didn’t think the almost end of the world would make me go back to having roommates. But hey, things are a lot more interesting around here now.

It was Thor’s idea to try and reach out to the public (horrible idea if you ask me). The Tubmlr was mine. And with everyone officially settled in, I figured what the hell, why not. So if you’ve got questions, send them over to JARVIS and an avenger of your choosing will get back to you when they’ve got a spare minute.

Oh wow, thank you! For reaching out, and for me in particular. I’m really not used to being picked out as a ‘favourite’, definitely not when the other guy is a part of the equation. Things have been… strange to say the least, now that we can breathe again. A good kind of strange though.

Settling into the tower has been an adjustment, but it’s been great having access to all the technology Tony has on offer, my own lab space no less. Being here, surrounded by allies, maybe even friends, in a place where there are measures in place in case I hulk-out? I never thought it would happen. It’s like there’s a part of me still waiting to wake up from a dream.

I’ve been keeping a low profile for so long, it’s uncanny being in the spotlight. Let alone having allies. Not everyone’s a fan of me of course, much less the other guy. But the fact that anyone’s supportive at all, of either of us, is so weird. I think I’m gonna stick it out though, here with the others. So… thanks again. Thank you.

Who's the most chaotic person in the tower?

Seeing as everyone else is just gonna say me, IM answering this one because I’ll give you an unbiased answer: It’s Thor. Without a doubt it’s Thor.

The man gets some leeway considering he’s from another planet, and I can’t prove it, but I swear he uses it to his advantage. If none of us cook he will exclusively eat pop tarts and nothing else. I’ve told him to just ask Jarvis to order him take out, but does he do it? No. He just keeps eating pop tarts. We figured out he absolutely cannot be given caffeine because the last time Nat offered him a coffee, he almost accidentally fried everyone in the building.

In one breath he’ll go from talking with me about whatever project I’m working on, with… a surprisingly comprehensive understanding, actually, he’s smarter than I first gave him credit. But then he’ll look outside and start talking with a bird. I cannot stress this enough: not at, with. He said it was something to do with his all-speak? The cheat code that lets him talk to anyone. And I want to believe him, really I do, but what the fuck. He leaves his hammer in the most obnoxious places, and then says he forgot we couldn’t lift it (??????).

His brother is practically a chaos god. He spent what, a thousand years with him? I think he’s picked up some traits off of him. None of the actively homicidal ones at least so sure, I’ll take it. But anyone who says I’m the most chaotic force in the house and doesn’t at least mention Thor is lying.

How is the state of the tower? Heard there were some major damages to it and the surrounding area during the attack. Hopefully nothing valuable was lost!

Anyone have ideas for tower updates? 👀

<-= Clint Barton / Hawkeye =-> Major damages is almost an understatement given everything that went down. Its... tricky. A lot happened. A lot was destroyed. A lot of lives were lost. But we saved a lot of lives too! Myself included, things could've gone much worse. They didn't exactly go well, but we won. I think its worth holding onto that. I know it's definitely helping me. I can't speak for all of New York, but from what Tony's said most areas will be able to bounce back and he didn't lose anything irreplaceable, so that's all good news. I'd throw out an idea, but even as a joke Tony will make it. The last time I did that he put together what feels like an entire subway system in the tower's vents for me. I don't know where he got the time for it, let alone managed to pull it off. That man is an absolute machine when it comes to engineering, it's both terrifying and awe inspiring. But making trick shots through vent gaps to scare the shit out of the others has really, really quickly become my favourite way to practice. And pass time. And mess with them. All three really.
