i wanted to try something different this time, since i've never really tried drawing nature, as it seemed a boring subject to me. so i made it into a little short comic, cuz that's what i love doing most.

reference and wips below!

please don't judge, it was my first attempt at painting with watercolours in years. i barely know anything about this technique. when i was younger i only used them when we had an assignment for art class, but i absolutely hated it, because they were so messy and i was very impatient. however, recently i felt inclined to experiment with other mediums and this idea seemed like a perfect fit for watercolours, so i decided to give it a go! i think it turned out nicely. actually, i enjoyed painting so much, i want to do it more! maybe i'll try it again in the future.
