Supergirl: One (1) Badass gay main character. She sad tho, bc we broke her up with her fiancee who got like 3 min of screentime every now and then. Trans superhero who is also Ray of (Sleepy) Sunshine. 10/10 would protect at all costs.

Black Lightning: One (1) black bulletproof gay superhero. Her gf is bisexual and also has some powers but not a lot of screentime also we don’t know how they got together, it just… happened. It’s a baby show tho, so we cut it some slack for being awesome.

Pilot episode for a webseries created by the same angels that’s given us ‘Drunk Lesbians Watch’. Cute, witty, and entertaining, basically everything I’ve come to expect from Buzzfeed alum @awkwardholland! 10/10

Attention my fellow gays!!!!!

I’m sure y'all are familiar with the series ‘Drunk Lesbians Watch’ on YouTube created by Amanda Holland where she has her queer friends watch gay movies with her and they react to them. Well ex-Buzzfeed employee Amanda Holland has teamed up with other creative ladies and has created a new web series called 'Carol’s a Demon.’

Carol’s a Demon is centered on two queer women, one of whom is a demon and the other a regular human. Regular human, Sofia (Ashly Perez), accidentally summons a demon, Carol (Brittany Ashley), while playing Oujia and is now tied to her and has to help her get into Heaven by stopping the apocalypse. I know, I know my description probably doesn’t do the web series justice but trust me, my girlfriend and I watched it and it’s so good!

You might recognise these three women from Buzzfeed hoho. Not only is this series created by and stars women but the writer (Amanda Holland), the two lead actors and most of their crew are LGBTQ+ women! So being a lesbian filmmaker myself, I was so happy to find out about this lastest project and will do everything in my power to support it!

The pilot episode just came out and you can watch it here. These ladies want to make it into a whole series (and my girlfriend and I really, really want to see it) but they need an audience and support from the community.
