Trafalgar law x GN!reader

A\n: I wrote this like I'm running out of time

My masterlist

"Happy birthday captain!" The entire crew yelled out happily as they surprised Law with a small but meaningful party.

It went about as good as one suspects, food, some drinks, present opening, then candle blowing... all the usual stuff people do on their parties and birthdays.

It felt a bit... off, however. The party was in full swing with little to no... problems. Most usually... a specific SOMEONE would cause a huge accident that either makes the day better or worse. No in between.

That person was (y/n). They were, by definition, a walking chaos. As if the God of chaos was reincarnated into their body. They claim it wasn't their fault, and it isn't. They're just way too curious and has no control of their intrusive and impulsive thoughts.

However, they haven't died yet so... most likely a blessing from the God if ever.

Law looked around suspiciously, somewhat missing the chaos they bring before hearing a loud crash from the outside.

"Marines!" Shachi yelled out as they all left and saw that (y/n) was fighting with an admiral.

True to their fashion, they kept dodging without ever doing anything as dodging has become their muscle memory of sorts.

Law doesn't even know whether to sigh or chuckle, like he always finds himself thinking whenever encountering one of their many "accidents".

After the fight, Law would always question them. Now was no different.

"What the hell was that?" He said, his tone harsher than usual since it was his birthday after all. No matter how many times he "deny" this day, he still wants some peace and quiet.

They sheepishly murmured as they pulled out something from their bag. It was a one to one ratio model of a real, beating heart but it was made out of some sort of machinery. "I stole some batteries... heh. This is for you, captain."

Law looked at it suspiciously before holding it in one hand. "And, what exactly, do I have a use for this?"

"Remember? You said you wanted to listen to a humans heartbeat. You said it made you realise you're still alive. Or maybe you didn't because you were drunk, hehe." They answered.

Law looked at them, slightly shocked they still remember that conversation.

"You..."

"I know... a bit careless. But it is for a good cause! Look, it beats exactly on time of a resting heartbeat. I think..." they scratched their head.

Law sighed before shaking his head. As much as he wants to scold them, all that came out of him was "that was dangerous but... thank you"

He couldn't stop himself, he liked it when his crew was happy. (Y/n) was no different.

"You liked it! Happy birthday captain! May you have many more years to come!" They said happily

"Many years..." He muttered under his breath, "I like that..."

Just had a weird dream where it involves my paternal grandmother bragging about giving birth to my father in the "forbidden land" and a distant relative of ours died and the reason is "to the motherland" or something like that.

I am not finishing SHIT aren't I?? Anyway. Have this small skit of trafalgar law x Reader. (I don't know what gender to use yet except fem but I did thought of the Reader as gn.)

(Warning: pills and other stuff... self depreciation?? I'm not good with tagging srry)

"Excuse me, but may I ask what this medicine is for? My friend asked me to buy this medicine and I have never heard of it before." Law asked the pharmacist who simply hummed and nodded kindly

"This medicine is for a lot of things, actually. But mainly for adhd, panic and anxiety attacks... sometimes for schizophrenia... its actually the mostly prescribed by doctors." The pharmacist answered kindly, "however... it is also the riskiest as the side effect of use is withholding the user's emotions and other aspects to make them feel... "normal" again. So while it is recommended, it is not taken lightly. The side effects for stopping the use of this medicine is also worse. It's like all the pent up emotions just pour out all at once until the user regulates themselves, which may take up to a few years depending on how many times they take it, or until they take it again. So missing a medication isn't ideal."

Law nods sternly at the pharmacist. "I see... thanks."

At the sub, Law handed (y/n) the pills.

"Here. I got them earlier."

She looked and gently smiled before taking it and looking at him sincerely, "thank you... captain. These past few days have been quite... chaotic. Everything will be back to normal, I promise..."

Law looked at her, his face was unreadable making her nervous

"Um... cap-"

"Don't take it."

She was stunned for a while as she stared at him blankly. "What do you mean, captain...?"

Law just stare at her, "I said don't take it."

"W-why not...?"

"I just said don't. The risks outweighs the use of it. It's not beneficial." He said

She hummed softly, knowing he looked and asked around for him to even know. "What am I supposed to do, then? Back to my old self...? I don't want to. People tend to... dislike me... for that. It doesn't make me feel..."

"... wanted?" Law muttered out softly as his gaze softens at her looking away shamefully

"... I just want to feel liked... its fine, captain... this medicine will... it'll make people like me again..."

"No it won't. You know that."

"Perhaps..." she sighed sadly "but... it makes me feel normal..."

"You ARE normal."

Hey guys! I wrote a skit with law, obviously, in which reader is a traitor. Let me know if I should continue it into a story:

In the interrogation room of the heart pirate ship, there stood law and a few couple of the crew that can fight well... all this guards for one prisoner. (Y/n)... who once had betrayed the crew to become an assasin after killing one of the crew members in cold blood.

(Y/n) was all tied up with the strongest, harshest ropes Law could find on the ship. Arms, body, legs and ankles all tied to a hard wooden chair.

"What a warm welcome..." the enigma smiled almost gently

"Tell us how to get into your master's Base." Law said with a stern look.

Everyone who met him knew that was the look of him stopping himself from killing anyone.

"How should I know? I use the front door." (Y/n) smiled once more, making the crew that was inside angry and frustrated.

"You little-!"

"Shachi." Law frowned

(Y/n) smiled, "how should I know how to break into a military grade base with artificial intelligence recognising you once the cameras catch a glimpse of you? Unless you guys have someone that can hack way past military equipment, you're doomed."

Law gritted his teeth, but he knew it was a clue as to how to get in. "Tell us more"

"What more do you expect me to say?" (Y/n) sighs as they crossed their leg over another, ignoring the physics of the ropes that binded them, "that la padilla's, or whatever his name is, base is bulletproof, bomb proof, and over all hack proof? That he has connections everywhere? That he's got spies in every government department? Or that the base has almost 20 entrances and only one is left unguarded due to it being "hard to get into"? Or maybe that the building's design is made to avoid people breaking in like yourselves?"

(Y/n)'s tone of voice sounded sarcastic, mocking almost. Law swallowed thickly, he knew (y/n) was already giving them the clues. But subtly.

He then noticed them standing up with the ropes on the floor.

"None of you went to boy's scout?" (Y/n) grinned, "my job is done."

As they walked past him, Law stopped the crew from ever interfering. "Another question..." Law sighed, "why?"

(Y/n) paused as they opened the door to get out of the interrogation room and into the hallways of the sub they knew by heart. "I'm bored." They said before walking out.

Law was left speechless, how can someone kill a comrade in cold blood... because they're bored? He knew... he knew he could never see what's beneath the surface, their surface.

Hpw would you guys feel if I wrote a dragon!reader x succubus! Trafalgar Law? But it's like really dark with lots of dark themes like kidnapping and stuff? Like it's a long one shot but it's just pure lemon and smut mixed together into a bowl of darker themes? Feeling like it rn. How would you guys feel?

(also haven't written anything for months now. Dunno y.)
