Even 10 years later, it's still you.

Happy birthday, Undertale. Thank you for everything. Below the cut, there are my thoughts, personal expirience with the game, art and other those things. U can skip it if you're not interested.

Firstly - excuse my bad English and occasional typos - there will be a lot of words which I sometimes mix and\or write wrong. That being said... Wow. It's really been 10 years. I can't quite belive it, really. Though for me it's about 8-9 years. I discovered Undertale in 2017-ish when I was a little kid. At those times I've seen pictures like mine above and got passion to draw something equally beautiful and now, looking at my work, I see that I still have a lot of things to learn. But you know, even with what I have now, I'm just happy with the progress I've made through years. To be honest, I didn't think I'd live to the point I'll see this day. My love for Undertale have many reasons and one of them are the memories of the times when things were simplier. When it was easier to get up every new day, yk? I cherish the memories of the first playthrough I've seen on youtube, my own first playthrough, my first fanarts and many other things I started doing just because of Undertale. This game gave me my first online friends and one of the most creative community I've seen so far. I'm just happy to be a part of it. I think Undertale infuenced on how I play all the other videogames. I can't really explain it but once I had this experience everything changed. It's hard to tell exactly though, I was about 10 years old and don't remember much lol. A year later, the first chapter of Deltarune came out. I wasn't really inerested in it at first (as I belive many other of the community), but once years passed with the second chapter arrival, I trurly fell in love with Toby Fox's worlds. 2020-2022 were a had time for everyone: first was the pandemic, second was a huge geopolitical thing in my region. I was feeling very vulnerable and lonely but with Deltarune and Undertale I felt a bit safer. And now, well... I guess we just need to see what happens next. It was a huge journey, but there's still a lot of things that need to be done. Goodnight, Undertale. See you next time.

So... Almost 10 years now? It was a huge journey.

When UNDERTALE came out and became popular I was still a kid. Socially awkward and pretty lonely kid to be honest. This game gave me not only good memories but also the sense of community, the sense of belonging. I found place to start making my first art, found people who finally were understanding towards things I love and loved them as well. I found my passion, found my friends and a meaningful part of my identity. And now it's been 10 years. I grew up but UNDERTALE was and forever will be one of the favorite childhood memories of mine and deep in my soul I am still that kid who loves pixel videogames about friendship of a bunch of funny characters. I love you, UNDERTALE.

Turning my 1 am meltdown into a joke

So basically I tried to draw some corestrings stuff for a couple of days but once I got to drawing Gaster I just couldn't do it. This fuckass scientist must've cursed me or whatever 'cause once I try to draw him my hand just slides anywhere but the ringt direction. Even on this picture he looks stupid. Maybe I should just paint a tree over him to cover my attempts... Not complaining tho. At least I have a funny drawing now.

I tried to make this one more childish 'cus, well, I played Undertale when I myself was a kid as many others in the fandom I belive. Thinking about it now this game shaped me as a person in some way... Damn, srry for rambling. Hope u like my doodles. Unrelated joke using soulsonas under the cut.
