and if you're interested in what the behind the scenes of recolouring it looked like, here is some comparison shots bc that green was a BITCH to edit out 😭✌ and it's still kind of in there in some places... argh.

so here's a little side by side of how the colouring looks, obviously it's not perfect and some detail gets lost in the process unfortunately

and I'm certainly not an expert and there was no real reason to be doing this, it was kind of mainly for practice too tbh 🤷‍♂️ but like idk that whole effect on that video looks really nice in the other parts of it but this section of it just felt a little. much. 😭 in my opinion kinda. 😭 like they're standing in that dirty ass empty pool too and everything is DIM and GREEN and it kinda just looks,,, moldy as hell 😭

moldband... guh. anywayyy this took a LOOOOOOT of keying out and adjusting oml 🤦‍♂️

and yeah a little bit of the shadows kinda got eaten up in the process but the problem with that is the both the hue (colour) range and luminosity (shade) range in the original was so low, literally as I said so dim and green that while trying to get the colours to more or less go back where they came from, one ends up kind of divorcing a lot of colours that had become married in that process? 😭

and because everything was so so dim but also faded??? (all the dark colours were so washed out :/) but also really harsh???? 😭, when I tried to make it a bit lighter some of the shadows got eaten ig 🥀 and yeah I tried getting rid of that evil vignette a little bit bc genuinely that sh*t was too much 😭🙏 (you can kind of see that in the last pair of photos on jonttu and aarni who are at the edges of the frame for example) and unfortunately there wasn't enough light for highlights much 😔 at least my version looks more like a cool cloudy day and not a warmly lit sunny one which has forcibly been made dark and green which is what it actually was 💀

I still can't believe they actually played Kukkulan kuningas. Now Mun pitäis se jo tietää is the only song missing. Justice for MPSJT.

Following their patterns, it is almost possible to play ALL of their songs in the cities where they have 5 dates.

(This is going to be long and boring, but keep up with me lol)

-From the Yellow album, they usually play Siks kai mä oon sun + another one... but sometimes they play 3 (SKMOS + 2). If they did that, they could play all the Yellow album songs snd still have on extra spot for another song (SKMOS + 10 more, while the album only has 9 more).

-That extra song could be a VE song. They usually play Minä toivon + one extra. This means in 5 dates, they play 6 songs. So, it's perfect, the last song will cover the extra spot from the yellow album.

-Blue album has usually 7-8 spots. If we give one extra to the yellow album, we can keep 7 for the Blue album. And this album has A LOT of fixed songs (5), but it is also short, so in 5 cities we have the 5 fixed songs, plus 2x5 other spots... Means we have 10 for 6 songs. They have more than enough room to repeat some songs and play all the album.

-Red album usually has 6 spots, and 4 fixed songs. So, 2x5=10 extra spots for 8 songs. Again, enough room for all + repeat a couple of them.

-White album has 7-8 spots usually. Again, the same as the blue album, if we take the lowest and give the other spot to other group (in this case, non-album songs), we have 4 fixed songs + 3 other songs. Which means, 15 spots for 9 songs. As the other albums, they have room to repeat some songs.

-Finally, the non-album songs. There are 10. Usually they only play one... but sometimes they play 2 or even 3. If we take the extra spot from the white album, they will have enough room for all of them once.

So, we end up with a 3 yellow, 2 VE, 7 blue, 6 red, 7 blue, 2 non album setlist for each concert = 27 songs :) The number they usually play.

Also, sometimes they add an extra song. This could give them more room to add surprises (Please, Sade tulee in Tavastia with Aaro630).

And that's all. I know they probably won't play all the songs in any city, but they could. They just don't want to lol

ugh ig I can't really cancel them over it too much these guys are so damn lucky they had that crazy good concert marathon and are also crazy talented and nice in general 😒 because their new merch webshop is made with shopify which is literally the ai bootkisser and keeps shoving it down everyone's throats which like again why would you pick a site that does this 😭 but I understand if it was like the cheaper option for the better result or like the only one that gave them the proper formatting/reach that they needed

what's so annoying is you can literally see parts of the site that were so OBVIOUSLY made by themselves and it's so nice and funny and creative and then right next to it you get bonvivani hoodie with new and updated ai flavour of smooth text 💀

and if I was to say anything I'm afraid it's going to be unwelcome and also perceived as kind of hating (since like I'm quite literally such an outsider 💔) as well which like well yes in a way I am hating on your use of ai and claiming the "happiness in them is not artificial" 😭 like not only is it OBJECTIVELY completely artificial, yes, but just what exactly is the reason for promoting merch with "models" standing on a hillside??? like my guy you live in one of the most scenic areas in croatia literally stand on the mountain in your damn backyard or something 😭

and did we not see the poljubi me za kraj sweater modeling shoot? or like the one with the whole band? hello? 🤨 literally it looks so good like that why is this necessary

we already have photos of the digital mockup of what the design looks like and a simple real one on ANY model will do just fine to show it on a human body like people don't expect super high end photoshoot material with variety and stuff literally just a couple photos per piece is okay

and what does he even mean by "it's the same with an anonymous profile" and that it's fun like genuinely confused at this just in general and also struggling to see to connection with the ai usage 😭

but yeah this is a bit different from the other fandoms I'm in where people just band together and explain to the people why this is a bad thing like I feel like with silente most of their fanbase is like millennials or older or just people who don't care about this stuff honestly and like I GET why this might seem fun and like some toy you can play around with- it felt like that for everyone a few years back when it was just starting off but as it's progressed the truth about the process has also come out and honestly if you're properly educated on the matter I don't see why one would still continue to interact with such software.

I just really hope someone who isn't me can say something and we can back them up on it because I'd rather the artists I really like to realize this is not something they should be doing and in fact is working exactly against their favour because they're literally artists themselves 😭 like it might not be visually but ai is used to generate entirely new songs as well today and one of them's even gone a little viral. like besides all the other problems with depleting resources do they not even see how this will directly affect themselves?
