“What does it mean if I felt symptoms, saw signs and had dreams?” that you’re in control of reality. You literally caused every single one of those things to happen.
Not only that, but even if you’re in the trenches with manifesting or shifting you can still, right now, go do one of four things:
a) see a sign, a synchronicity, an angel number, whatever, linked to your end goal.
b) try to shift and instead feel the symptoms, or like you almost shifted.
c) try to manifest and instead get a sign, confirmation it’s coming, or easter egg.
d) try to shift and instead lucid dream, dream of your DR, or swear you felt or heard something. And even if this doesn’t apply —you still get that weird guy feeling that’s urging you to keep going and to not give up (which ends up determining what timeline you’re on since you still intend to have your desire).
And the best part is YOU CAUSED ALL OF IT. None of that appeared out of nowhere. You are the variable that tipped the scale, bent reality, and made those things exist in your experience at all.
Which means that when it comes to the mechanism behind reality shifting/ manifesting, YOU’RE ALREADY DOING IT. You are literally performing the exact same mechanism that makes you shift or manifest on command.
The same mechanism that causes reality shifting and manifestation also causes signs, dreams, and symptoms etc—it’s you doing it.
You’ve already been using the mechanism all along. It’s not something you unlock or earn or reach,, but something you’ve been doing every single time you attempt to shift or manifest. Every time you get a sign, every time you see a number pattern or dream about your DR or almost shift—that’s the same exact same gear turning, because you altered reality to create an experience either way.
Do you understand how crazy that is in the grand scheme of things?? It’s the same thing that moves you through realities, which could mean that you don’t need a different “thing” to do; you’re literally demonstrating the thing in real time!!
You set intention, awareness focuses, reality bends— same mechanism as when you see signs or see the full manifestation.
Now that we got that part covered, if you’re anything like me, this is your reaction to that ;-;.
Anyway
I’ve noticed this trend recently where people ask things like “This happened last night, what does it mean?” or “I felt this symptom while shifting, is that good or bad?” and “I saw signs of my manifestation, does that mean it’s coming?”
And honestly, not even speaking from a law of assumption or manifestation pov here: when you decide what something means, you’re not just playing with abstract, but you’re doing something very practical. Because the meaning you assign to an experience directly shapes how you act afterward.
For example, say someone tells you that feeling symptoms means you almost shifted but you didn’t try hard enough. You’ll take that to heart, won’t you? Next time, you’ll push yourself harder because now you interpreted the last attempt as failure, and you’ll try the first technique you see online even if you hate how it feels, and abandon the one that made you feel whatever you did in the first place— be it “symptoms” or the feeling that it was yours.
But if someone says “That means you’re super close, actually, because you did everything right!” you’ll continue confident and consistent. You’ll repeat what made something happen instead of scrapping it in favor of not knowing what else to try.
And that confidence, not the technique itself, will generate more results, BECAUSE IT AFFECTS YOUR ACTIONS.
But maybe you let other people’s interpretations dictate your actions. You’re outsourcing the meaning of your experience to someone/something that doesn’t know you, when, really, you should be the one deciding what it means!
And ideally, you should always choose the meaning that aligns with your success, the one that says “this is proof it’s working, this is the intention unfolding.”
Because when you choose that, something practical happens: your brain rewires itself to behave as if that’s true. That’s not even meta (╥﹏╥). You’ll unconsciously take actions, make choices, and perceive cues that move you closer to the outcome you’ve decided is real, because your brain is on the hunt to look for what you want.
It’s a domino effect, where: Interpretation → behavior → reinforcement → manifestation.
So when you’re constantly consuming information that tells you “You’re doing it wrong >:(” your brain and body respond accordingly. You take frantic inconsistent action,, you get confused,, you convince yourself you’re lost.
But when you define every event as “I’m on the right track”, everything leads to the same end: the wish fulfilled. That’s inevitable. So the next time you feel a symptom, or something weird happens, or your results don’t match what you expected, don’t run to ask “What does this mean?” Tell yourself what it means. Because when you do that, you stop waiting for confirmation from the old reality you’re trying to get away from, and create it yourself.
OH AND ANOTHER THING!
In my opinion, the answer to “I felt symptoms, what now?” “I almost shifted, what now?” “I didn’t wake up in my CR but it felt close, what now?” “I did XYZ and something happened, but my manifestation didn’t show up, what now?” “I saw a sign of my manifestation and thought I had it, what now?”
It’s all the same answer: KEEP GOING.
You know why? Because you can’t be walking a hundred miles down the wrong path if that path is showing signs of life, even faintly. If you catch a green flag in the distance, a hint of movement or proof, that’s not the wrong path. That’s the right one!!
So keep going. Do the thing that made you feel symptoms, that made you feel good, that made you feel something, the thing that brought progress, weird movement, or even just a gut feeling of “something’s happening.”
Even if you tried to shift and ended up lucid dreaming, or you tried and had sleep paralysis, or you tried to manifest something but so far only got signs and synchronicities of what you want showing up around you—don’t you see? You caused all of that. Those things didn’t happen on their own. You were the factor that altered what unfolded, and you bent the probabilities just by intending to.
Every “almost” moment, every near success, every strange coincidence are confirmations that you’re already influencing reality, It’s proof that your awareness moves things, so that cannot be the wrong way.
(Or maybe don’t take directional advice from me, because I once—completely sober, mind you—drove like 90, maybe 100 km in the opposite direction of a city I was trying to go to. And yet, somehow, a government-sanctioned agency looked at me and said “Yes. Let’s give that one a driver’s license.” So… interpret that as you will).

you will hear “you aren’t trying hard enough”, you will hear “you don’t have to try at all.” you will hear “who cares, just shift!”, you will hear “take this seriously. shifting is serious.”
Point is, you will hear everything come from everyone and no one at all . you know why? because in the end, you will always have to block it out . for your own sake .
there is no possible way to listen to what someone says without contradicting someone else . which is why you have to break the bounds and make your own path .
i think what took me so long to shift was the idea that people who had already shifted had a better understanding of it than me . not true at all . successful shifters are just the normal kids who studied and somehow passed the test one day (saying this as a successful shifter) .
whether we studied or not, didn’t matter . we just did it, and it happened, cause we looked within ourselves, not what cherrymoonshiftingguy33 said .
y'all need to stop reposting those 'funny' shifting content abt how 'relatable' it is that y'all cannot shift for being 'lazy' tbh. yes you can affirm, sleep, then shift. stop affirming that y'all didn't shift because of lack of effort. shifting being effortless is POSSIBLE. I shifted (even for seconds) while doing no method. my mooties FULLY shifted with no method. some even just meditate, affirm, sleep, then shift. YES IT'S POSSIBLE. STOP RELATING TO THOSE "HAHA I DIDN'T SHIFT BECAUSE I'M LAZY" POSTS!! If sleeping is your preferred method, then let it be and keep persisting! I pinkie promise that you'll shift doing something you're MOST COMFORTABLE WITH!

In the simplest way I can possibly put it:
Reality = whatever you observe it to be.
Law of assumption, religion, non-duality, law of attraction, shifting, manifestation = all just frameworks through which you observe reality, and those observations determine your experience.
Your current circumstances = not your fault, and entirely subject to change.
Acknowledging that reality can be changed = observing the timeline where change is possible.
Acknowledging that it cannot be changed and that you’re stuck = observing the timeline where that’s true, where nothing moves because you’ve decided it can’t.
Having an intention to shift, manifest, or receive something = the moment it becomes inevitable, no matter how long it takes to materialize.
If we’re talking inevitability, you immediately slap the evitability label on it with “but it’ll take three years, but it’ll take time, but I can’t do it now”
The point is that either way, it’s coming, because it’s inevitable. Whether something you intend happens in 3 hours, 3 minutes, or 3 weeks, the fact remains: it was going to happen either way, and there’s nothing you can do to stop it if you want it.
That alone should dissolve the whole obsession with “what do I do,” “how do I do it,” and all that, because once you fully accept that it’s inevitable and your work is done, you start observing reality as it already is: the shift is inevitable and hurtling toward you at 100 mph.
And that mindset, ironically, is what makes it “happen faster,” because you’re no longer denying the arrival, you’re just bracing for it.
But the moment you start filtering it through the “it’s inevitable, but it’ll take time” lens, you’re sabotaging yourself. You’re not just observing inevitability, but now you’re assigning a timeframe to it.
Which, if reality= whatever you observe,,,ᒊ($;":"!*crashing out noises*
Instead of letting it flow in naturally, you’re building a schedule around it. The second you stop caring about the time, you erase it as an observed factor, and that’s when everything starts sliding into place.
NOW.
Sure, you can respond to all of this with a “yeah, but—” and list every reason why it doesn’t apply to you. BUT THE MOMENT YOU DO THAT, you’re observing the but as justification for why you can’t, why you’re stuck, why you’re the exception. Instead of realizing that you can still change despite whatever conditions you’re naming. The “but” doesn’t negate the point, it just reveals where you’ve decided to stop observing possibility.
AND, WHILE I’M AT IT
People think manifestation or shifting requires this massive leap in observation. It doesn’t. The moment you recognize your ability (not the final result, not the perfect scenario, just your capacity to alter things) you’ve already changed them. And when you look back later, it’ll look like a huge jump. But it always started from that tiny decision to observe your own power instead of your own limitation despite what your surroundings tell you.
Now, if you’re already doing all this and have been for a while— then your only job now is to finally believe that it’s all enough. Anything beyond that is you observing that it’s not enough.
Which brings us right back to:
Reality = whatever you observe it to be.

how to actively change your self concept no bs edition

i see so many people say “change your self concept” “change your thought patterns” “think from the state of the wish fulfilled” & nobody ever breaks it down in small achievable goals & simple mindset adjustments. you can’t always positive affirmation your way out of self loathing. so. these are methods that have helped me over the past two-ish years.
𐔌՞. .՞𐦯
⋆˙⟡♡ notice your algorithms. what you like. what you stream. what your feed looks like. what comments you interact with. what you repost. take a day to really actively observe what you consume. does your feed line up with who you want to be ? where you want to be ? by interacting with self deprecating, self hating, content it keeps you in that mindset. that old script alive. make your feed look like your dream life. interact with stuff that builds you up. don’t keep feeding your digital world with content you no longer relate to. don’t like that comment about how doomed we are. or the one about how broke you are. or the one how you feel unloveable. before you press a button, “is this who i want to be ?”
⋆˙⟡♡ be jealous. hear me out. jealousy shows you what you truly desire. I believe (to an extent) being a hater, shows us where we’re vulnerable & what we are envious of in other people. flip the script. “if they can have it, it’s possible for me to have it too.” proof that it exists; it can be done or had.
⋆˙⟡♡ you already have confidence. i know you’re already confident, you’re just confident about the wrong thing. your confident in the ability that you “cannot shift” or how you “look ugly today”. another one i hear a lot is “i cannot manifest” you can be confident. your confidence is just misplaced.
⋆˙⟡♡ people are stupid. “i don’t like your straight blonde hair” someone says to you, when you actually have curly red hair. to which you reply simply with “?” because you know you have red hair. you affirm it to yourself when you tuck it behind your ear or brush your teeth in the mirror every morning. use this mindset to not let other peoples words get to you because people are wrong all the time. you don’t have to take their words or opinions as gospel. you know yourself better then anyone.
⋆˙⟡♡ let yourself (& others) live through it. you’re allowed to say no. set boundaries with yourself & lighten your mental load that is caring about what other people think, do, say & create. this goes for yourself. there’s zero point in carrying other people’s stuff as your own. that’s theirs to figure out. if someone is drowning, you throw them a life perseverer, you don’t jump in after them. we can give them guidance, but it’s to their detriment if you rob people of building life skills by saving them everytime. again. this goes for yourself too. this also goes hand in hand with taking on others emotional turmoil or trauma, if you’re in the same panicked ridden state as them, you can’t have a moment to take a breath to prepare yourself or aid them clear heatedly. we can help more effectively with our head screwed on straight.
⋆˙⟡♡ think attentively, especially passing / habitual ones. what are your thoughts when you first wake up & aren’t in your dr ? what are your thoughts when you look in the mirror ? how about when you get back an exam with poor marks on it ? likely, it’s not the most positive works. something along the lines of mentally cursing yourself out, I’m sure. something of the sorts. do you really think that or are those old habits. whichever one they are, your keeping the vicious cycle alive. why do you think that way ? who put that in your head ?
⋆˙⟡♡ define you. be bored. read up on unbiased news or articles or hypotheticals. see where you stand without all the noise of social media discourse but don’t draw a hard like in it or marry yourself to one ideology. philosophy, the trolly problem. all little questions to understand how you operate to accommodate you & only you. where are your desires, assumptions, thoughts, patterns, habits, quirks all stemming from.
⋆˙⟡♡ compare yourself. not in low confidence or self hatred. see why you’re attracted to people or ones you look up to. why do you gravitate towards them ? what qualities do they have that you admire ? their work ethic ? their kindness ? do they have a lot of self discipline ? do you have the same level of self discipline as them ? no ? how can you be more disciplined with yourself ? again. “if they can have it or do it, so can i”.

Because of post like this by @nottsim or this one from @multiiversaldiva, I like got a sudden epiphany, or at least remembered something very important. And it reminds me of a post I made — which I actually never finished — but I wanted to write about always going back to the basics when you feel overwhelmed.
Sentences like "the universe doesn't care about you" is one of those. And "it doesn't want to punish you nor does it reward you. It just is." just changed a neuropath in my brain I swear.
You get so caught up in everything, you forget you are not getting punished nor rewarded. The universe doesn't decide stuff and especially not in this way.
You assume something and it's going to show up. Everything else is literally an assumption:
• how quick • how much • how little • how slow • how easy • how complicated
It's all on you. and remembering no one wants to punish me is actually something I need to deeply ingrain in my brain. I know it's a trauma response and an adhd thing I think? — but that's exactly why it needs to go in the trash. It's just anxiety for no reason and it stopped me. But I am going to leave it behind now.
You assume and it just is. No need to categorize it. We can just simply leave it?!
And we should. We have it. And now we get it. We don't need to repair our karma, complete a cycle of self improvement or give someone a lot of money to receive our manifestation. No we just get it. And that's amazing. We can really just have everything we want. And that's why no one can take it away, cause it doesn't work that way.
How can someone take something away from you, if it just is? — it doesn't make any sense right? And that's gold. Literally gold.

I AM GOING TO HOLD YOUR HAND (AND TOES) WHEN I SAY THAT BY YOU ASSUMING THAT, THEN THAT'S THE 3D SHOWING YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU'RE ASSUMING. LIKE LEGIT. THATS IT. THAT'S LEGIT IT. I DON'T KNOW WHY ELSE IT WOULD BE THAT WAY FOR YOU. THERE IS NOOOOOOOO ONE AND NO POWER IN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE TO STOP YOUR DESIRES FROM MANIFESTING. BABES. BABYGIRL. IT'S YOU!!!! Now let me calm down before people get the wrong idea... I understand. I understand for some people it may be hard (at FIRST.) to wrap your head around this entire idea, especially since we have been conditioned to think that imagination isn't real. We've all been a victim of at least SOMEBODY saying "Oh it's all imagination it's not real!!". Trust me I get it. And I ESPECIALLY understand those who are going through a hard time and want desperate changes. I have LITERALLY been there. Like let me be so transparent because I HAVE BEEN DESPERATE BEFORE AND IT GOT ME NOWHERE. I was in the "waiting" stage like a MADMAN. Let this be a final wake up call to you to flip your entire assumptions around. BUT IT GETS TO A POINT. If you TRUELY TRUELY understand the law, that your assumptions actually manifest into the outer world NATURALLY, NO CONTROL & NO PRESSURE, it'll be WAY easier to stop thinking about the "when" and "how" and "why" and WHATEVER. You will no longer be desperate. You will no longer feel so much "seperation" from your inner being. The ENTIRE point of this law is to say that whatever you assume in your imagination & beliefs, it is directly reflected into the outer world. So why would you assume that the 3D just... stops and doesn't show you what you already have?
"But I'm trying so hard to manifest and the 3D isn't showing me anything!!" Buddy. My good friend. BRO. BROHEMIAN RHAPSODY. BROSICLE. LOOK AT THAT ASSUMPTION RIGHT THERE!!!!!! THAT IS LEGIT AN ASSUMPTION. The law doesn't give a DOUBLE DOGGY STYLE DAMN about what you assume because if you believe that a certain thing is true for yourself then it'll go "oh yeah guys let's go, let's reflect this assumption!!". It can't be anything else. YOU ARE ASSUMING THAT NOTHING IS WORKING IN THE 3D. And now what are you experiencing...? WHAT YOU DON'T WANT. Flip it around and uno reverse it. Play the reverse card and go "HA!!! Gotcha."
So I say this with love... so much love that I wanna slap some sense into some people... but a slap of love... a little love tap maybe... because I care. I WANT you to live your best life. I WANT this truth to BE DRILLED IN YOUR HEAD. I want you to BE AS POWERFUL AS YOU CAN BE. I DON'T want you feeling desperate. But please for the love of everything holy on this forsaken earth... THE OUTER WORLD IS NOT YOUR ENEMY. IT DOES NOT STOP YOU. IT ONLY LISTENS TO YOU. The outer world is not FIXED. We IMAGINE for a reason.
So... breathe. Acknowledge whatever belief systems and assumptions you have that don't align with you and let them go because they no longer serve you. That's it. Do not rely on the 3D when it actually relies on you to change internally first. You got this. You will get used to it. It's worth it. I swear. I SWEAR. Once you close your eyes and you focus on just being, being what you desire, FEELING the emotions of having what you desire, you no longer have to chase anything. it's done. Dusted. Dust your hands.

there is nothing that you can do that will stop your manifestation. so crash out. throw a tantrum. just know that afterwards, nothing has changed. do not assume the worst. do not assume that you have to start over. that you somehow destroyed all your progress. because that is where the loop begins. that is where this so-called ‘delay’ comes in. because they believe that their measly little emotions had such an impact on their power and it’s set them back.
it’s a lie!
you manifest regardless of emotions because it is your nature. it is your gift.
the urge to make a better CR increased tenfold when I realised that it's not just a better CR for me—it's for my parents who deserve no financial burden, for my pet who deserves to play fetch in the biggest lawn and lie in the softest bed, it's for my closest friend who deserves to be acknowledged and have a say in family matters. It's also for refugees who deserve a world with no wars, for endangered animals who deserve to have their habitats back, and for the Earth who deserves humans who respect her.
I'm not shifting just so I can have a better life, I'm shifting so that all the people I love can too.
*if you feel bad for shifting / manifesting stuff. Write down a list of how you changing yourself is changing the world and people around you as well. I reposted this, made a list and now wanted to add that everyone should as well (11:11). Just do it, it feels so good. Great for when your self-esteem is not the greatest. You doing better is helping everyone around you, claim it! <3

You’re not waiting, you’re expecting. Waiting is for the line at the DMV, expecting is for manifestations
I’m not policing people’s words, I swear. Use whatever term you want ;-; But this is more so about the shift in perspective to be made that’s genuinely beneficial. To get mildly (and crudely) science-y before I make my point:
When you expect something, your brain codes/interprets it as already on its way. The system that constantly makes guesses about incoming sensory input then fires as if the event is certain in your reality. That triggers a dopamine release, which signals your nervous system to prepare for the incoming reward.
When you’re waiting, your brain interprets the event as uncertain. Uncertainty spikes stress and cortisol, and pushes your nervous system into a state of tension, fatigue, and frustration.
There’s a difference between waiting for something to happen and expecting it. And it really changes the game if you’re someone who’s sick of waiting and worried about marinating in that draining feeling of waiting for the shift or the manifestation.
Waiting implies fatigue, as in—you’re tired and you’re stuck in this limbo, waiting for something to come around when you’re not even sure if it will. You’re just exhausted, drowning in the not knowing, wanting it so badly but getting pulled deeper into the waiting itself.
Expecting, on the other hand, holds a completely different energy. Expecting means you know you’ve already done what you needed to do for the thing to come, so now you’re just expecting it. It doesn’t suggest any dragged-out time frame, because you’re not “waiting”, you’re expecting. Expectation means it could arrive at any second. And it can, because you already have it. That’s why expectation feels present and immediate, it’s because you’re open to it happening right now.
That’s the same reason we say pregnant people are expecting a baby. Not “waiting” for the kid to pop out whenever it feels like it. Or why we say we’re expecting a visitor, not just waiting around for them to maybe appear. Or why we say we’re expecting a call, not sitting and waiting to see if the phone rings. Expecting implies certainty, because you know it’s coming. Semantics, in a way, but trust me on this.
This matters, because I constantly see people say they’re waiting for their manifestation, waiting for the shift to happen, waiting for the illusion to drop, waiting for whatever. And then they spiral, because waiting feels exhausting (who the hell likes waiting??)
But you’re not !! waiting!! If you’ve already done the work—whatever your process is—you’re expecting. (Congratulations, please don’t cause a forest fire in the pursuit of a trendy gender reveal).
Waiting vs. expecting is like wanting vs. knowing, or thinking vs. deciding. When you move from the energy of waiting to the energy of expecting, you’re no longer at the mercy of “when.” You’re no longer powerless, because you’re expecting, and that automatically works in your favor for manifestation and shifting, because it changes the way you observe reality without forcing it or stressing over it.
If whatever you observe in reality, is— meaning, for example, whatever religion you observe is the one that plays out in your life, whatever law you observe becomes the one that dictates your reality, whatever beliefs, rules, assumptions, or intentions you observe are the ones you experience.
So when you shift your POV from waiting (“I don’t know when this will come, I have no control”) to expecting (“I know it’s coming, I know it’s mine”), you step into the role of control. Expecting aligns you with letting go and letting it flow (unintentional rhyme) NOTT because you’re clueless and waiting around, but because you already know it’s on the way.
That shift in perspective changes everything about how you see and experience what you want. How to apply this is just,,, honestly, just knowing that you’re not waiting. There’s no magical rule to apply here other than interpreting things differently.
Could help if you worry acknowledging the “waiting” causes a delay. It doesn’t, especially if you’re acknowledging the expectation. If anything, that reinforces that what you want is already yours.

now I can use it to my advantage and just expect :)

I SHIFTED IN CLASS. WITH MY EYES OPEN
So this literally happened to me the other day, and I’m still kind of in shock about it. I was sitting in class, half pretending to care about what the teacher was saying and out of nowhere, I shifted. Like, full on shifted. With. My. Eyes. Open.??
Up until now, I’ve only ever shifted using closed eye awake methods or sleep methods at night. You know, the whole “get comfy, relax, sink into it” type of routine. ( which isn’t needed!!)
I was literally just staring at the whiteboard, zoning out, and suddenly my awareness just slipped?? Like a channel switch. I didn’t even try. No counting, no affirmations, no prepping. One second I’m in class, the next I’m not. It lowk felt kind of illegal.

The funniest part is, the teacher probably thought I was just daydreaming. Meanwhile, I was ACTUALLY moving realities with a pen in my hand.
Here’s the thing though, that experience taught me something big. Shifting isn’t fragile. It doesn’t need the “perfect conditions” we convince ourselves it does. It’s not about lying perfectly still, waiting for hours, or babying the process. Awareness doesn’t care if you’re in your bed at night or stuck in a classroom at 11am.( TRUST ME)
I shifted in class. WITH my eyes open. And if that doesn’t scream “you can stop waiting for the stars to align,” I don’t know what does.
You are not fundamentally different from the version of you that can shift, you can shift right fucking now. Nothing is stopping you from shifting. That doesn't mean I think it's "your fault" that you haven't, that means I think you are going to make it. Everything could change in seconds. Stop telling yourself you have to fix everything about you before you can shift. You have the exact same potential and ability as you would if you shifted.
