The world outside can be beyond overwhelming. It is like a big weight is pushing down on your chest. The city is always noisy and crowded. There are so many things to do every day. It can be too much to handle.. When you are in the room you share with Vi everything starts to feel better. The noise begins to fade and your mind starts to relax. You feel safe in this space, but Vi knows when you are feeling stressed. She can see it in the way you move. The way you look. She notices when your shoulders drop and you get really quiet.

I was daydreaming about little devil (my oc) having a pool day by big sis / bubba Vi. Although little devil is bodily 16 and fully potty trained, I think Vi would dress him in swim diapers and arm floaties when he's regressed (maybe just to add more childlike whimsy to his regression?)

Hi so I was wondering if you might have any advice for regressors who are afraid of being small around other people? I get scared and start crying just thinking about regressing around my friend even though I know they're supportive about agere and really nice. Are there ways I can make it less scary?

♡ agere content ──୨ৎ── send them agere content!! lil scenarios, agere memes, tips, etc!! this helped me since it got me more comfortable talking about my regression and it can help your friend learn more!༅

♡ vulnerability ──୨ৎ── lots of the fear for me came from the fear of being judged and vulnerable in front of someone so if thats similar to where your fear comes from start by letting yourself slowly be more comfortable being vulnerable around someone like venting, slowly opening up etc༅

so, i mainly recommend just trying to slowly get more comfortable around them and talk more about it! its hard to get comfortable regressing in front of people but thats what helped me most n lastly, just try your best to remember that its okay to be small!! n you don't have to be embarrassed about anything, and as long as you trust the person, it should be okay, nothing to worry about! remind yourself that as much as you can <3

♡ headphones & noise ──୨ৎ── one of my go to solutions has been to immediately put on headphones and play whale sounds, you can listen to other animal sounds too, or anything you want! i find it a great help༅
