Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, which gives us the most difficult but needed lessons in life. It rewards those who work hard, are patient and focus on creating stability in their lives.
If you want to feel more respected, this is the right moon for bringing that into reality. Don’t let others look down on you this year. People will only treat you how you let them.

What is Grounding? 🌎✨
Grounding or “earthing” is the practice of attuning your body and energy to the Earth’s frequency. The Earth constantly vibrates at the frequency of 7.83 Hertz aka the “Schumann Resonance.” This frequency is created in the Earth’s electromagnetic field by the electrical interaction between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere.

Walking Barefoot
One of the easiest and best ways to ground is walking barefoot on the Earth. Letting your skin touch the ground is all that needs to happen.
2. Tree Root Meditation
Get into a comfortable position sitting or standing.
Close your eyes and take 2 deep, mindful breaths. Consciously relax.
When you feel ready, set your intention to ground to the Earth. In your mind’s eye, visualize roots sprouting from the soles of your feet or the base of your spine and growing into the Earth. See the roots reaching the Earth’s core and wrapping around it.
Picture a golden energy emitting from the Earth’s core and radiating up the roots to reach you where you stand or sit.
Take a moment to feel the sensation of the Earth’s energy knowing you are connected with it.
3. Water
Interact with the element of water in whatever way is available to you. You can take a bath, wash your face, drink tea, or dip your feet in an ocean or stream.

the conscious and subconscious mind
when we affirm, it’s a conscious process. affirming is a way of thinking that happens in the conscious mind of everyone. so affirming specifies that you already have a specific desire so that the subconscious can absorb it. your subconscious agrees with everything as it cannot disagree or criticize your thoughts. it’s because your subconscious is illogical and works with the thoughts in your environment (it consumes anything, every thought of yours but also lyrics, your friend‘s messages,…). your subconscious does not cooperate with your senses meaning that it cannot see, feel, smell etc. when you dream, your subconscious mind is active as it cannot tell apart what‘s real and what’s not. your conscious mind, the logical thinking part, isn’t active and cannot evaluate your subconscious mind‘s thoughts. nevertheless, your subconscious is constantly protected by your conscious as it filters the thoughts, statements (and so on) that could harm you. an example: your friend tells you that red doesn’t suit you. depending on the mentality of someone, you are more or less likely to believe your friend. you mentally accept that thought and so does your subconscious. red won’t suit you no more. however, if you are confident and sure about the fact that red in fact suits you really well, then your conscious accepts it that way and your subconscious mind as well. it can be a curse and a blessing because it’s all up to you. you decide which thoughts you accept and which not. it reminds me of the 3d and trying to not look around for evidence. you can acknowledge it but you will have to flip your thoughts as soon as you see something you don’t agree with instead of dwelling on it. you acknowledge a thought and according to your truth, you mentally accept it or not. but in the process of acknowledging your reality, you automatically think about it and might think negatively (which can be different for everyone!). that’s why flipping your thoughts is so important.
