Also, I thought I should introduce you to Oliver. I imagine I'll be posting a whole lot more of that cute face. The last couple of the tree on a log are from Fairy Lake on our way back home. All in all, a great adventure!

From what I understand, logging companies were threatening to move into the area. The locals banned together and saved the forest. Click the site below if you'd like to read the whole story and there is a link to donate.

These are from my first adventure since moving into my new home. Living on Vancouver Island has its perks, like wanders through the jungle. We decided to take a bit of day trip up to Port Renfrew and took the puppy through his first real island exploration in Avatar Grove. He loved it and so did we. It was my first real chance to get behind the camera and just shoot for me again. Hard to pick favourites, so sorry for the massive upload. Enjoy!
This is the last of Athens. I went on a walking tour before my flight back to Rome that afternoon. It was neat to hear the history of a handful of spots around the city and the views we got were spectacular!
There was so much little detail work in the marble of Acropolis, even the cracks made beautiful patterns. The octopus (I think?) was on my walk back to the hostel. There is a lot of really political graffiti around Athens, but a few neat little pieces like this amongst it.
These are my first shots from Athens. As I wondered through Acropolis I couldn't help but imagine what it would have been like all those years ago. The sky would have been just as blue and the marble just as white.
Little more from the Pest side and then I was off to adventure Buda. I was a bit ignorant of all the hardships Hungary had endured through the war and it was really interesting to get the opportunity to learn more about their struggle. To see their city flourishing after overcoming so much helped me appreciate its beauty even more.
These are from my first day in Budapest, exploring the Eastern (Pest) side. The buildings are really beautiful here and lots of green spaces to walk through and enjoy!
I'm finally back to editing all of my Europe adventure. I've decided not to keep going in order, so we are jumping down to my day visit to Pisa. Really only need a day to adventure through this little city. The tower is of course the main attraction, but I really did enjoy all the coloured buildings as I crossed over the river.
Last few shots I grabbed while hanging out in Jamaica…the first photo in this group is my favourite from the trip!
It was the perfect day for the wedding and we had a beautiful sunset just as dinner was being served.
This girl is just so stunning! I've known her since I was 3 and was so honoured when she invited me down to Jamaica for her wedding. Was happy I had my camera and was able to catch these few moments of her getting ready.
Had an amazing time shooting my long time friend Mike and his amazing fiancé Megan! These two both have enormous hearts and radiate love for one another. I wanted to spoil Megan with a few shots as I slowly make my way through editing. The best is yet to come!
Shortly after I shot these she cut her hair and donated it, but she's still as wild as ever. Had a blast shooting these, hopefully we get a few with her short hair soon! .....and one more of Lincoln, tuckered out on the drive home!
