This is for you, if this thing between us did work out. I need you to know that you've caught my attention from the very first moment I saw you. Sure, you may not be conventionally handsome and you looked like an average joe but there's something that draws me to you. At the time, I didn't know you're part of "that group", nor do I, as I'm sure you've already known by now, care about your group. The only reason that I care about it enough right now is because you used to be a part of it, it's because you exist and it's part of your journey as a person. I didn't even know that you graduated from one of the top music schools in the world. I knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about you at the time and you enticed me... And truth be told, to this day, I still have no clue whatsoever what is it that enchants me so much about you at the time.

And then, there's our second meeting... That weird joke about a song being sung in bahasa Jawa caught me so off guard to the point that it instantly alleviates some of the anxiety I felt at the time. I realized, then, that you have this calming effect on me that my jittery self needed all this time, and our third meeting proves that.

You've always been such a caring person and that's one thing that is so charming about you, it's so nice to see you being so attentive to other people and I'm so happy that I get to have it all for myself. Anyway, I don't know whether you remembered what you said to me at the time, but you tried to make me feel better about myself, and there's also that magic word that made me go speechless (and the magic word that started my crush on you).

I hope that you will never forget that WE happened because you uttered those words to me. Thank you for making me feel seen at the time, thank you for your appreciation, and thank you for not seeing my failure as a failure.

He asked me when I fell in love with him and I knew it sounded dramatic to say the moment I saw him, so I told him this story of my grandma who had Alzheimer's- she forgot her name and the words for fruit and food, she forgot her address and how to use the washroom, all her life lost to the disease. The only thing she remembered was her son's name and when that began to fade, the one thing she always remembered was that she loved him, even in illness, even in insanity. She saw this 6 foot 2 man with a scrubby beard and she didn't know him but she said she trusted him, she asked him to hold her hand when she died. When does memory end and love begin? All I know is- she loved him before she remembered him.

I FINISHED EXTRAORDINARY LAWYER WOO

Actually I planned to skip the drama, because I already watched how Park Eun Bin acts as a lawyer in her past drama, and I lose interest in week 2 of it. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love her in Age of Youth series, and find out that I adore her in this drama too.

While Kang Tae Oh is always a charmer, I love him even more after Run On, and he was good in this drama too.

Then there is the Black Horse, Kang Ki Young, which usually his image is synonymous with Suneo in Doraremon (in my head), but he went very out of character in this one, and become manly and charming too, (though nearing the end of the drama he went back to be Suneo, with how fast talking he is) .

As the drama clips keeps on popping in my explore feed, and I keep on hearing people saying how great it is, so when my sister asked me to join her watching this, I did.

In the past I have had read a book written by person with Asperger ( it falls somewhere on the Autism spectrum). Actually I cannot quite enjoyed it because I have a hard time picturing how the writer would act in his everyday life, and how his mind processed things.

This drama perfectly captured and delivered it. I love how it is shot and told in a bright attitude, and how it really shed lights to common people how wide the autism spectrum is, and there are some of them who possess brilliant talent that surpassed lot of us too.

The details of Woo Young Woo's existence and tidbits keep goading me on, while other areas felt pretty lacking. I hate how they keep on closing case-stories with cold-hearted attitude, sometimes it is abruptly ended without any good explanation or closure. It made me think this drama feel pretty much like a pack of snack, with a lot of air in it, yes, it left me quite unfulfilled!

But All in all, I really am thankful for this drama.

Unpopular opinion. I really thought this drama was overhyped. I know this is a favorite among many fans. I just really couldn’t get into it that much. I just thought it was very rough around the edges in the storyline department. The first few episodes I thought were very well done. Then it went totally downhill for me. Each case just got repetitive and I guess you would call it boring like I was more or less watching Law and Order or something (sorry it’s just I’m so sick of so many rinse and repeat cases shows) I also sort of felt like the romance was written in weirdly. Like it was quickly thrown in all of a sudden without a progressive natural ease in, but that could just be me nitpicking now. 🤷‍♀️ unfortunately I’ve seen a lot of shows already with this storyline so I can’t say this will be a favorite nor is it the worst either. I will say though acting wise, there is no denying Park Eun Bin, is phenomenal in this. Also do happy to see Kang Ki Young again.
