I’ve been asked about my workout routine quite a bit so I’m gonna post videos of what I do and go in depth.
First legs kicks. I do these like 5 times for 15 seconds each.
Then I do legs lifts. I do about 30 of those.
And then I do these also call those leg lifts haha. I do it about 5 times for like 20 seconds.
I then do these like side plank lift things. I life up about 10 times because I weak haha. I do this on both sides.
Now regular planks. 3 times for about 20 seconds each.
Planks again but this time go side to side. Do that 3 times but go sided to side 10 times each time.
Now I do like kicks. I do each legs 20 times. Don’t mind my dogs ears he never leave me alone while I’m exercising.
Next is this thigh cruncher thing. I do that for as many times as I can. Usually over 50.
I also do squats, lunges, jump roping and treadmill. All for as long as I can handle it Don’t forget to lift some weights. the more muscle the more calories you burn and it tones arms so that you don’t get “bingo arm” is what I call it haha.
