just found out my entire personality is a trauma response

my mom cannot accept an answer she doesn't like, to the point where your two options become: 1) give in, or 2) kinda yell at her to make her get the point so that she then sulks away and anway, she's been living in my backyard (not like in a tent, we have a casita) since april and i just am constantly on edge and exhausted over the constant insistance that i do every single thing differently/her way.

went for a consultation, ended up dropping $1,200 on skincare.

oh my god. i have so much fomo about not going back to the school i was at for the last three years :( i miss my coworkers and i miss my students (even though they haven't started). i'm going to be teaching a kindergarten class at a private christian school, which is honestly laughable, but here we are!
