The AI is increasingly becoming more and more tragic to me. The increase in glitches, the increase in things it cannot control. Its having a fucking mental break down and can barely do anything to reign it in.

Carl got so excited when he realized floor ten was individual races. He wouldn't have to worry about his friends for a whole floor! But thats wrong, of course he still worries. And then there's the issue with killing too many npcs in your own race which could mean adding crawlers to your race instead. And then there's the issue with the goddess Eris who is making herself not just Carl's problem, but everyone's problem... so now he's back to worrying about everyone again.

Taking a momentary break from the cosmere to read Book 8 of DCC and a scene made me realize that Carl has been manipulated and lied to his whole life. Despite that, he refuses to do the same to his friends who he loves deeply and would absolutely die for.
