those birds sure are something else. theyāve been in their cage for 3 days with no way to go out to fly since we were on vacations, and the second I open their cage, they fly straight to the other cage (pretty empty, we use it as a way to separate them when Buck is acting up) and just. Chill in there. GUYS.
I caught a seedās last moments on camera, and Iroh just gave me that look.
me : i know, iāll put a plush up here! buck will be afraid of it and will stop going there.

so, uh, Iroh was sleeping peacefully, and my boyfriend tried to snap a picture of him.
He immediatly woke up and thatās the only picture he managed to take #angryfluff.

Inktober 2018 - Day 1 - Poisonous
In which the prompt for the day didnāt inspire me that much, so I had to draw birds. Have a great Inktober everyone!
Since this first Inktober entries have a cockatiel, Iām posting it here as well! I might make more during the month.
The birds have been fed pellets and vegetables for 2 days now. The biggest change so far? Theyāre exploring the room. Like, a lot. They used to fly a little then go back to their cage, but now, theyāre landing on the ground, trying to open stuff and landing on us to ask for millet.
I was chilling on the bed when he just perched on my foot LOOK AT THIS DORK BIRD.
The birds got to see a new vet today (since weāre back in our old town), and while the experience was pretty stressfull for them, theyāre okay now! Weāre trying to convert them to pellets now, since the vet said their seeds + veggies diet was a little too rich. Theyāre taking the sudden absence of seeds suprisingly well. I guess nutriberries are tasty as well.
Old-ish pictures of the birds in our old homeā¦ Iroh still had his white little spots on his chest.
