A new screenplay by rpkm.

Hi.
Hi there! Say, would you be interested in future collaborations? Kind of like the one you did with askfurudoerika or the one she did with askgoddamnbattler and askange. I’ve always wanted to try something like that.
(That was a wrong blog reblog) holy shit yes :D

Hi.
Last one I swear to gog
On the one hand I really wanna re-read the novel. On the other hand I don't wanna suffer through the novel again. What do.
*Controversial Fandom Post*

When Mama isn't home.
Presenting the only thing I know about the persona series! meh whatever.
All the noise about SJWs in the umineko tag and I still dont get what they’re all angry about. The novel itself? The fandom? Could somone please POLITELY explain it to me?
It’s not even their fault. Someone we know very well who has had an ongoing problem with them decided…
You’re talking about the current case, but I really wanna know what does social justica has to do with umineko? Kinzo’s rape? Because I really believe it was handled fairly in the vn. Lion / Yasu gender issues? This has two aspects: in the vn itself, “Social Justice” is irrelevant because the “Society” part of social justice is THE 1986 SOCIETY, NOT 2014 SOCIETY. The way the fandom handles the character is different- but I find it really hard to believe anyone is seeking to harm or insult anyone else by maybe using the wrong term to describe Yasu/Lion’s gender identity, so I don’t think there’s anything to be angry about, or any social “JUSTICE” to be served. So all these things considered, why are SJW issues even RELEVANT in the fandom?
I had written out a long, thoroughly thought out response, but my tablet decided that it didn’t want to actually post it when I hit “POST”. Let me see if I can get all my eggs back in one basket..
The reason why I think it all happens is because it’s hard for these people to NOT identify with these problems and characters, because fiction or not, these issues are all very real things. It’s sort of like Nazi Germany. You can’t go around making a tasteless joke about Nazi Germany because people will undoubtedly flip out. It doesn’t matter how long it’s been or how times have changed. I know I would. I’ll go as far as to say there is someone I fucking hate because he is a Nazi Sympathizer, so of course I understand where they are coming from. It’s only relevant in the fandom because we have these people, these victims, who closely identify with the many types of abuse present in Umineko. It becomes relevant when people carelessly make a joke about a serious issue like the abuse, Like all the Rosa/Maria jokes or Kinzo/Beatrice/(Sayo) jokes. For some people it might be easy to ignore, but something we overlook is that a lot of these people are fucking young. Still teens or in their early 20s, and their issues could either still be happening to them or could have only ended recently. In that respect, you can’t blame them. I’ve been sexually abused. I was abused from the age of 12 to 18. During that period of time and many moons after I had sensitivity to it that no one who hasn’t been through it could possibly understand, and I think that’s the key here along with their anger. I’m not excusing how they choose to handle things by any means, I’m just saying I understand why they react this way. I already told you before that it’s redundant and hypocritical for a victim to then proceed to victimize someone else, especially without clarifying facts or speaking to the person first. Some in the SJW community are not as bad as others, their goal is simply to educate people on should and shouldn’t be acceptable. But then you have the younger people, the people whose wounds are still fresh. They flip out at the slightest sign of disrespect towards whatever issue plagues them. My advice to that portion of tumblr is to try and take a breathe before flipping out and reacting, because most peoples’ problems with them ISN’T that they are going out of their way to fight for what is just and to get people to open their eyes… It’s the manner of which they present it. If they presented their issues in a less aggressive manner, people would be more apt to listen to their point of view and understand them. The problem isn’t the SJW community, because honestly, a lot of them are really nice people who just want this world to be better. It’s people. It’s people and their self righteousness. It’s ego. It’s pride.. From all sides, not just them, us too. We sooner make fun of them rather than trying to understand why they are the way they are. I know, I know, they attack and call us inhuman trash and all these other awful things.. but why? Because they have been through something absolutely horrible and we’d sooner make fun of the whole situation and say “I don’t understand what you’re so mad about” rather than considering that this person went through a living hell and you are making a mockery out of something that deeply troubled them in their immediate life. Fiction doesn’t matter. If it’s relatable to the damage done, that’s all it takes. If we all took the time to actually speak and understand each other, things would be better. I don’t know that it will ever happen though, cause like I said that community has a lot of young people and fresh traumas in it, so there’s bound to be anger. Two things need to happen. They need to stop attacking people at the drop of a hat and need to start maybe PMing whoever rubbed them the wrong way to start a dialogue and understand why they said those things. You’re either going to successfully educate someone or that person is gonna continue to be a shit, in which case you then have every right to call them out on being a shit. It’s not you guys against the world. You’d be suprised how many people will be more willing to listen and understand your point of view in the fandom if you just… said it in a less aggressive way. Remember that people come from all different upbringings and backgrounds. What may be second nature to you may not be to someone else. We’re always learning, always growing, and because of this sometimes people aren’t even aware that they said or did something awful, because they weren’t educated on it. This is why it is important to talk to people first before flipping out. I’m specifically talking about those situations where you guys take an interpretation of something and run with your own perspective on what you read. Instead of making a public blog post about it and making a big spectacle over what this person said, try messaging them about it. Give them your point of view in a civilized manner. Maybe they’ll say “hey, you’re right”… maybe they won’t. At least then you know you WERE the better person by trying to be an adult about it. When someone continues to act like an asshole after trying to be civil, there’s no more room for arguments, really. The person is just an ignorant asshole. And for everyone else that’s mad at them: remember that these are victims of horrible things you probably have only seen in movies and in your anime/manga. You couldn’t possibly understand their anger or despair, or how it can even ruin your fucking life. I should have seen this sooner as someone who has been through it, but it has been many years since my abuse and I have already come to terms and moved forward in my life in an effort to heal and be happy, because I got sick of enabling my own misery by reveling in what happened to me. If I could do it again, I wouldn’t have flipped out at gomen all those months ago. I should have just messaged him and tried to have a dialogue to clarify things. I just made things more of a mess, which is what everyone is doing. Everyone’s just reacting rather than trying to understand what is happening here. The best thing you can do honestly is try to understand where they are coming from, because flipping out back just fuels the fire and honestly hinders their progression of healing, because they’ll still be on tumblr yelling back and forth with you rather than doing something to help themselves let go and heal. We’re all guilty here.
And I really don’t think the majority’s problem is with Umineko itself, I mean I know there’s parts of the story that are flawed, like Will basically completely excusing Kinzo for his transgressions, but rather, the problem is with fandom members who just don’t take these very real issues seriously and make tasteless jokes about it. Because, well, it really isn’t okay. The mother’s day post with Rosa and Maria was not one I liked. Just saying… and that thing had a lot of notes. It’s only funny to those people because their mom never hit and mentally abused the fuck out of them. But for others who have had it happen to them, I mean, you can see how that’s not amusing? Again, though, ti’s one of those things where if we have a problem, privately message the poster about it or simply use your tumblr savior ;P We don’t have to flip out publicly and cause drama, not unless we want to, of course..
That;s the best I’ve got here, and that’s all I’m going to say on it. I’m not looking for a fight with anyone, just trying to say I understand many facets of the situation and how multiple people must be feeling. I’ll be excusing myself from the whole thing now because I am already regretting getting involved by making my earlier post about it after I spent all of these months away from tumblr trying to get over what happened with my whole misunderstanding. But I guess some part of me desperately hopes that this response will make some sort of difference, because the fighting is so unnecessary. It’s like we all forgot the core value of the story, “Without love, it can’t be seen..”
See, THAT'S the kind of response I was hoping for! Polite and to the point, and I appreciate you for it ^_^! Anyway, I have to say that I see this issue from a few ways: First, I am an Israeli jew, yet I can find holocaust jokes funny at times, because that's the function of "dark humor", isn't it? There have been horrible horrible thing going on during that time, and it would be nearly impossible to cope with it, so you make a few jokes. Does that make me a Nazi sympathizer? Of course not! In fact, in the warsaw ghetto, a book of jokes, written by jewish victims, was found. Does that mean they were happy about what's going on? No, but that's human nature, isn't it?
You can also see it from a different direction. I, myself, was accused by an ex- boyfriend of sexual abuse. While we were.. "Going at it" he said he was OK with it, even pushing it forward, but than we broke up and he said he felt raped. I, of course, never meant to do anything he wasn't OK with, and I don't have any power or rape fantasies, ESPECIALLY not with people I love! So, obviously I felt very VERY guilty about all this, and for about three years we never spoke. Then he contacted me and said he was sorry and didn't really mean it. You can imagine I was so relieved, and that's why Will's scene with Kinzo resonated with me. Feeling this kind of guilt is a horrible experience, so imagine how bad it was getting to see SJWs going "rape is so horrible, worse than murder" etc. That's why I made that SJW comic, in which SJW says "Kinzo's rape is a worse crime than Beatrice's serial murder", hoping it was an exaggeration. I got some responses saying that yes, it is. It was a terrible, terrible experience for me!
So yeah, I think touchy subjects can be laughed at, at times, and accusing people of crimes like rape is a serious thing with heavy implications. I've experienced false rape accusations and I know how bad it is. And all that is before we get to things like censorship and freedom of speech.
With that, I'm really curious to see what kinds of responses I get. I know I said some controversial things over here, but I'm standing by my words. I firmly believe that a world where people say some bad stuff once in a while is a better one than a world where people are afraid to speak.

I love how the prof. is not ok with the idea of a specter, but offers us a sensible answer, which is "No, Luke, it's not a ghost. Ghosts dont exist. it's a GODDAMN ROBOT FIGHTING A DINOSAUR!!"
