This is how everyone who advocates capitalism sounds
As opposed to the societies where there are massive food shortages 🙄
I mean people starving coz there’s literally no food is more understandable than people starving when there’s a fuck ton of food that just gets thrown away.
Like…did you have a point? Or just too deep down the rabbit hole?
Socialism kills agricultural industries. The little food that actually gets produced is too expensive for people to afford.
Where are the statistics of malnutrition and starvation in capitalist countries? Food is readily available and affordable. You can get a bag of rice for two bucks. You can buy a burger and fries for five.
“But food gets wasted”
Well, there’s a pesky little thing called the FDA that makes it a criminal offense for licensed food and beverage sellers to sell or give away food that is expired. And who sets the expiration dates? You guessed it- the FDA. An unelected bureaucracy is able to set laws that make it next to impossible to feed the hungry and you blame the market.
My head is as far down a rabbit hole as yours is up some statist cooch.
No one’s talking about socialism but thanks for being predictable 😂😂😂
I’m not even American and the US wasn’t mentioned anywhere either. All you’ve got is ridiculous r/pol buzzwords isn’t it?
Feel free to send another angry, unintelligible rant. I’ll be over here not giving a shit 🕺
The original post literally says SOCIETIES. Not even governments. SOCIETIES. So, the FDA isn't part of society, somehow? How the fuck is this controversial? A society that allows people to starve when there's an overabundance of food in that society is a trash society, tell your friends.
