Hi hey hello! Welcome to my blog!!

My name's bagelsforall/bagel! Here's my looooong overdue (by about 10 years) introduction post.

I'm an artist who's only just realised the merits of using my passions to further my art skill, so be prepared for a lot of small studies/sketches/memes etc based on my interests >:]

GOT MY DX BUGGLE DRIVER TODAY GEHEHEH

No regular belt that goes tight enough to stop it from sagging a bit, so I repurposed a strap of my genm bag with a bobby pin and it's a nice alternative for now :0

Noticed my Christmas cards are getting noticed again, hopefully more on the way soon heh

The stress from work has been really catching up to me. Few things keeping me sane right now, drawing is one of them because I love my and my friends' characters.

Another thing keeping me sane - my friend gave me a great recipe for palmier biscuits and I made them yesterday. They're really good.

It sounds like a joke but less hours (actually having PART TIME work like I SIGNED UP FOR) would actually fix me

This job has drained something from me and I feel like it's going to take a while to get it back. There's glimmers of it, though.

I can actually feel my job making me a worse person and I really hate it

I work at what is essentially a pawn shop for games and tech. The amount of damn times I find myself being treated like I'm subhuman because we refuse to buy a rotting Xbox is too many to count. Most customers have the worst hygiene I've ever seen, people walk in with the grimiest/mouldiest stuff EVER and then you're expected to touch/handle it and get it tested. Me being kind of a germophobe doesn't help at all.

But this constant stress and dealing with these people just keeps pushing me further, this job has made me irritable, quick to anger and bitter, and I don't like it :(

...I'm not really sure what to do.

I hate windows, I misclicked "update and restart" and now I have to wait 35 minutes for windows to update to a version that breaks my pc that's I'm going to roll back immediately anyway

also fuck their whole "you can pause updates, but only for 5 weeks! ☝️🤓" man shut up how about you push an update that works for once
