As you can tell, I am a HUGE Baizhu fan but I do other characters too, don't be afraid to ask lol. I use
She/They and I'm 22 years old I will put a masterlist but I can't guarantee it will have all of my fics so I'm going to put my genshin fics and headcannons.

Baizhu and Xiao: Baizhu has to remind Xiao to not be to rough on himself and to take care of himself

He actually messaged me too recently. I just said “sfw blog” and he went in on the scum sucking gayekeeping wtv the fuck rant so if you get a message from him just block immediately. Don’t even give him the satisfaction of calling you things
✮ First of all, I have to say that he is the type of lee to get tickled way more accidental than intentional.
✮ I think he‘d get tickled by Changsheng a lot. Like whenever she‘s moving around his neck or ear area, he has to fight the urge to flinch or giggle softly
✮ I also think he‘d absolutely try to stay professional about it and try not to laugh because he thinks that whoever is tickling him is doing it absolutely accidental and will stop in a second
✮ However, he’s absolutely the type of lee who gets worse when he tries to stay professional about it
✮ “Please refrain from—” and then immediately losing his sentence halfway through
✮ The contrast between his composed personality and his actual reactions is probably what really embarasses him about tickling
✮ But his giggles are actully very soft and sound really warm and joyful
✮ I think his main lers would probably be Qiqi (who actually doesn‘t really understand tickling, just notices that it makes Baizhu laugh), Yaoyao (who does infact know how it works and tries to teach Qiqi), Gaming maybe and Changsheng ( lot more accidental)
✮ Notably, he is also way more sensitive when he’s tired (which is quite often actually…)
✮ I also believe that Qiqi and Changsheng would totally team up to tease him but Qiqi probably wouldn‘t even realize it. Changsheng would just make comments about how much he‘s giggling and Qiqi would just repeat it without realizing how teasy it is
✮ His worst spots would probably behis ribs and stomach (I mean look at his outfit, it‘s practically spelled out for you that he‘s ticklish there)
✮ But his neck and shoulders are also pretty bad spots because he instinctively tenses there when startled, even when Changsheng just moves around
✮ I think he‘s not a really loud lee though, he‘s more the type who just giggles a lot and tries to speak and protest but fails and gives up after like 2 minutes
✮ Oh and he definitely coughs a lot between giggles which always startles the others because they aren‘t sure if they should continue or not
Ler:
✮ He‘s definitely a very gentle ler who really cares about the feelings of his lees and how to make it fun for them
✮ Cheer-up tickles are totally his thing! Like the second someone looks a little sad, he‘ll give them little pokes to the side just to see them smile
✮ And tickling his patients when they are scared of an injection or something is also something he does. (Especially with younger ones like Yaoyao or maybe even Gaming)
✮ But he can also be pretty mean just because that guy is a doctor…He knows which spots are sensitive and if he really wanted to make someone laugh, he could totally use it to his advantage
✮ I think he‘d also state some of his observations out loud without knowing how much worse that actually makes things, like:
“It seems you are more sensitive here than expected.”
✮ Also, Changsheng would definitely team up with him sometimes and encourage him
✮ His main lees would probably be Qiqi, Yaoyao, Gaming and the Traveller
✮ I think he wouldn‘t really pin his lees down or anything because he knows they‘ll be too busy giggling to escape anyway
✮ He‘d also remember his victims reactions so he always knows exactly what to do to get the most giggles out of them
✮ He never pushes anyone too far though, he‘s way to careful and considerate for that and after some tickles he always checks if they are okay or need some water, affection or something else.
Conclusion: I think he is 50% Ler and 50% Lee because he receives tickles quite a lot but also tickles others equally as much. I think he himself wouldn‘t really have a preference and get neither lee nor ler moods, he just likes seeing others smile and have fun, even if it means receiving tickles sometimes.
I have the Lee!Varka fic in the works, but I wanted to make this Ler!Varka drabble with Lee!Rosaria bc you can't convince me he hasn't tickled his children at least once.

"Come on, Kiddo, you have to smile at some point. You always look so grumpy." Varka voiced out, his hands expertly dancing across Rosarias sides, trying to coax giggles or even a smile out of her.
"G-grand master Varka-" she spoke up, trying to keep her dignity but not being able to help the few giggles that escaped. "Please -"
"Nope, not stopping till you give me something. Come on, tickle tickle~" Varka cooed, his hands moving up to her ribs, causing the damn to break.
"Ahah- V-Varkaha- plehease- " she giggled, her hands finding his wrists but having issues prying him off.
"There we go. Just let all the stresses fly away, Roasaria." His smirk softened. "And besides, you haven't asked me to stop yet."
The afternoon light faded from the sky as the giggles were heard from outside.
I'm brewing up a Lee!Varka and a Ler!Jean (platonic) where like instead of solitary, she's like "clearly solitary won't work, so I'm going to make you cackle instead" and just tickles the ever living shit out of him
Doing the second part of the "homeward, he caught the wind" event like the quest and imagine if they just absolutely tk instead of fighting the 'fatui'
I couldn't find anywhere if headcannon requests were open or not so if you don't take my request, that is completely a-ok.
But if possible, mayhap I get some Ler!Baizhu headcannons or anything tk Baizhu related if that's ok.

ler!Baizhu... Hmm, let's see... Baizhu usually keeps a professional manner when examining his patients. Though, when it comes to people he's close with like Zhongli, Aether, Qiqi, Gaming, etc. he allows himself to be playful.
He has a soft touch: gentle squeezes on one's sides, soft grazes of his fingers on one's belly,
Though~ he can be very mischievous with targeting spots because hey, he's a doctor. He knows the pressure points and weak spots that will get to his lee. And if the lee is someone he knows very well, welp good luck on surviving because he remembers your personal weak spots too :P
He knows how to tease a little bit. The usual coochie coochie coo, wiggling his fingers above his lee, allowing himself to grin and smirk since he does need the relaxation from time to time...
His favorite spot to target is the ribs. He can't pass up the opportunity to count each rib to then "miss a rib" and to start all over. It's even better if his lee's ribs are extremely ticklish~

"You made me lost count again!" Baizhu shook his head though you were able to see a smirk on his face through teary eyes. He tapped his fingers on the rib he stopped at making you giggle and squirm. "Guess I'm going to have to count them alllll overrrr againnnnn. It's my job to make sure you are 100% well~"
He then purposefully dragged his fingers down your ribs to start over and your giggles and laughter rang anew~

Changsheng can also help with restraining his lee though even though her scales are hardened enough, Baizhu worries about her getting hurt so most of the time he'll do the restraining himself. He likes to see his lee squirm freely though and finds it a fun challenge to keep them on their toes on where he's going to attack next.
And since on the topic, lee!Baizhu :)
And first that tummy~ Tummies are my weakness and in Baizhu's case, very ticklish~ He hasn't been tickled much before but when he is, he is so not used to the sensation and immediately starts laughing. Tummy and sides are very bad as he tries to shove his ler's hands away to no avail. Neck is ticklish as well because he does snicker whenever Changsheng slithers about but he's a master at keeping a neutral expression.

“Grrr! Baizhu I swear, if you make one more zombie I’ll… I’ll… Tickle you to death!” Hu Tao declared with a stomp, crossing her arms and turning her head away.
Baizhu cocked his head at her. “Tickle me? What does that mean?”
Hu Tao peeked at him with one eye. “...You’re joking, right?”
“You’ve ssseriously gone on all this time without learning what tickling is?” Changsheng chimed in.
“I’m afraid not,” Baizhu shook his head.
“No way!” Hu Tao stared at him in shock. “How is that possible?”
“I suppose he did grow up pretty isssolated,” Changsheng said. She slithered around his neck to look at him. “You’ve really never been tickled before?”
“Not that I can recall.”
“We’d better fix that,” Hu Tao grinned.
“Hold on a moment,” Baizhu started, "Did you not just say that this is something that will kill me?”
Hu Tao and Changsheng snickered. “No, silly,” Hu Tao said. “I was exaggerating.”
“It’s quite harmless, really,” Changsheng added.
“Gah! Wh-what- hehehehe!”
Changsheng swirled her tongue in and around Baizhu’s right ear. “Sssee?”
“Whahahat is hahappening?”
“You’re a doctor, so I’ll give you the technical terms,” Hu Tao said. “What you’re experiencing right now is knismesis, the light and feathery form of tickling. Would you like to experience gargalesis, the rougher, more intense form instead?”
“I guehehess??”
“Great! Coming right up~!” Hu Tao pounced, knocking Baizhu over onto the grass. “Let’s see where you’re most ticklish.” She straddled his hips, getting into position. “Starting… here!” She dug her fingers into Baizhu’s ribs, examining which area and what kind of finger movement got the best reaction.
“But you said you wanted to experience gargalesis! Guess we’ll just have to give you a taste of both to see which you can tolerate better~ Bet I can get a bigger reaction out of him than you can, Changsheng!”
“Ssso you think? I disagree.” Changsheng flicked her tail under Baizhu’s chin.
Baizhu cringed. “Hehehe! You two are ridiculous- Ah! Changsheng, where do you think you’re going!?”
Changsheng slithered down Baizhu’s collarbone and slipped underneath his shirt, uncoiling herself and disappearing from sight. She wiggled her tail against his left armpit.
“EEK! HahAhAHA!” Baizhu had to restrain himself from bringing his arms down all the way as he didn’t want to accidentally squash her.
“Changsheng! That’s not fair!”
“Of courssse it is.”
“Whatever. Baizhu, which tickles more? That or… this!” Hu Tao held Baizhu’s right arm up with her left hand and used her right hand to attack his right armpit. She vibrated her fingers as fast as she could, determined to outdo the snake.
“GahAHAHA!” Baizhu tossed his head back and forth, the stark contrast between the two sensations driving him crazy. They both felt, er, tickled, so bad! “I don’t knOHOhow!”
“You don’t know? Well that won’t do.” Hu Tao changed tactics, letting go of Baizhu’s arm and grabbing on to his waist instead. She switched between skittering her fingers across his lower abdomen and squeezing up and down his waist rapidly.
Changsheng slithered down further, popping her head out from under Baizhu’s shirt and sticking her tongue in his bellybutton.
Baizhu thumped like a bunny. “Oh dear meEEHEHEHE! AHHAhaHAhaHAHA! M-Ms. Hu, p-pleEAASE! StaaAAAHA! STAHAHAhahaHAP!”
“Aww, does he not like his belly rubs?” Hu Tao pouted. “That’s surprising for someone who walks around in a crop top all the time!”
“You’ve got a point,” Changsheng agreed.
“PleheASE! I-I don't think I can tahahAKE m-much more of this!”
“Who’s the better tickler? Me or Changsheng?”
“I d-don’t know!”
“We won’t stop until you decide on a winner~ Ooh! I know a good spot,” Hu Tao said, but Changsheng was one step ahead of her.
“WhahaHA!? Changsheng, g-get out of there!”
The second Hu Tao turned around, she saw Changsheng emerge from the bottom of Baizhu’s left pant leg. Hu Tao scrambled over Baizhu’s legs to get to his feet before Changsheng had a chance to win their little game. Hu Tao grabbed his right shoe, throwing it to the side as Changsheng wedged her tail between his left shoe and the sole of his left foot.
Changsheng began tracing up and down Baizhu’s sole wherever she could reach. Baizhu curled his toes and thrashed his leg, but his attempts to fight her off were futile.
Wait wait wAIT-HAHA-NAHAHAHA!”
Changsheng had a tight grip around his ankle. She was strong enough to pry his toes apart and wriggle her tail in between them again and again, no matter how hard he fought.
At the same time, Hu Tao had wrapped her legs around Baizhu’s ankle to keep his foot in place. She used her left hand to gently but firmly pull back his toes so that she could use her right hand to scritch the delicate skin underneath. The second her nails made contact with that spot, he screamed.
“AhahahAHAHAAAA!” Baizhu’s entire leg jerked back, his toes twitching beneath her grip. “HAHAAHAAAAAA!! Okay, oHOKAHAHAY! HU TAO! Y-YOURE THE BEHEHETTER TIHICKLEEHEEHEE!! HEHEHER!”
“What? I didn’t quite catch that.” Hu Tao smirked.
“YOU- EEHEEEYAAAHAHAHAAAHA! PLEHEHEHEHEEEASE! MERCY! MER-HAHA-HERCY!” Tears glistened at the corners of Baizhu’s eyes. His glasses were crooked and his hair a mess. “YOU WIHIHIN!!!”
“Now that’s what I like to hear!” Hu Tao unceremoniously dropped his foot onto her lap.
Changsheng slithered back up Baizhu’s leg, across his torso, and finally around his shoulders. “Tough competition, that one.”
Baizhu lay there, panting. He put the back of his right hand against his forehead and closed his eyes. “I can’t believe you two.”
Varka likes to pretend that he's eating a grand meal while going "Oh my, I haven't eaten ribs as good as these since I left for Nod Krai!" And then proceeds to nibble at your ribs while making 'nom nom' noises and pinching the areas around
Ngl I kinda wanna get back into writing. I was thinking of putting all the genshin characters on a spin wheel and spinning for a daily headcannon thingie but I don't know.
I do also wanna get into writing fics again so I guess if you have genshin headcannons or fics feel free to drop them in. Just remember I'm only in the beginning of Natlan like I just met Xilonen so I may not many characters that well for Natlan and after.
