I'm having issues with New horizons. When it comes to moving and villagers via buying a plot of land from Tom nook I don't know what to do.

The first time I bought a plot of land from nook and placed it somewhere the very next day it was sold and I didn't get a chance to choose who I wanted to be in that spot. Heard we got to choose.

Are we able to choose the villager we want to move in after placing the plot of land? If so how???

I just bought a plot of land I haven't placed yet and I'm so scared I'm going to get a villager I don't want.

Had a dream I was playing an indie game about a 1950’s housewife trying to kill her husband.

The objective of the game was to kill him without A) alerting the husband, B) getting caught by your busybody neighbor, or C) accidentally killing your kids/have them walk in on you murdering their dad.

The first level was that you had to slip poison into his food or drink, since that was subtle and easy enough. But I think as the levels progressed, the murder attempts got more…gruesome and difficult to hide. I remember using garden sheers at one point.

And the game had a 1950s advert style to it, kind of how Bendy and the Ink Machine is stylized

Anyway I’m calling it Desperate Housewife and if anyone wants to actually make that game gimme some credit lmao

Don’t worry, guys. Carl is clearly a brachiosaurus, which lived during the Jurassic period. (And before anyone says our lil’ boy Steve is a velociraptor and therefore puts our comic in the late cretaceous, aka the time of the comet–that lil guy could easily be a compsognathus or a caudipteryx, both Jurassic-era species of small theropod dinosaurs. So the light getting bigger every night is going to pass by harmlessly, and Steve and Carl can go on enjoying the stars together until they die of old age, since Carl has very few natural predators at his size and I bet he’ll protect Steve, if he needs it (though small, fast and carnivorous as Steve is, he probably won’t).

So it’s all good!!
