Journal entry 3.

It comes in waves. Missing you. There are hights and lows. Small breaks in between yet there’s always the quiet hum that always lingers. The memories are starting to get fuzzy. Time continues to move forward while we stay in the past that gets further away. Your smell. The way your skin felt. Your voice. All fading away slowly from me. Slipping through my fingers like sand. Empty. Lost. Hurt. Cold. All emotions and feelings I have found comfort in for so long. My constant companion in this lonely world. I still look up at moon and wonder if you’re looking up at the same moment so that I can feel close to you for even a moment. I should have been confident. That night everything came crashing down. You and I both in tears. Trying to explain our feelings. The first time we both admitted it was more than a friend ship. You started dating a boy and I couldn’t handle it. I broke down.I told you how I felt about you. How I was confused and that I had feelings. You said you did too but said you had to give it try. You had to try this relationship to keep your family from having another reason for making you the black sheep. You said we would get our chance in the future. That future never came. The last time I held you close I should have gave you my all. I should have worshipped you . Your body language spoke volumes. I should have breathed your sent so deep that it never left my mind . I should have kissed you so hard the feeling of your soft lips became permanently apart of me. I should have picked you up, pushed you up against the wall and shown you what real love is. You wouldn’t have even for a second thought about the consequences. You would have only wanted to keep that feeling forever. Regrets… Regrets will always follow me. The regret I have for not being brave. The regret of walking away the llast fight. The regret of not following my heart and fighting for you. History tends to repeat itself. And that’s my biggest fear.
