To Hesitate — Chapter II: Say Enough
It comes down to this: they haven't seen each other since the North, Katara's royally pissed off, and Zuko can't properly focus when she's so close. (Not that he's complaining.)
“Hey, does this mean I can get up now?” Katara gestured at the empty space that had been full of clingy firebender not a second before.
“No. This means I haven't had a meaningful conversation with that boy yet, and I'm already done with him. You're not going anywhere.”
She huffed and smacked his arm, but stayed in place.
“Huh,” he muttered. “If I had known a command was all it took to make you submit, I wouldn't have tied you up all those months ago.”
She blushed. Badly. “You're really asking for it, aren't you?”
“Tell me something I don't know.”
Katara proceeded to pummel him.
