For anyone who doesn't know the context, “Mentiras” is a Mexican play that was adapted into a series. I LOVE musicals; I spend all day listening to the series' soundtrack.

Basically, it's about Emanuel (Mari), who has two wives and two lovers, one being his secretary and the other his accountant. He cheats them and describes himself as a 'soldier of love'... I think that's a good description for Mari.

In my fanart, Marinette is married to Kagami and Sublime, while also having Zoe and Lila as lovers. At the beginning of the series, they realize Emanuel is cheating them, and I love the songs they sing as the episodes progress. In this specific scene, the four of them call Emanuel to 'accompany' them because they're all going through a hard time. I've been listening to that song “Acaríame” every day for about a month...???
