There’s something off about those wolves…
A ketra char ghost we met during our Wildsea game.
these count as sexy lingerie. to the enlightened mind.
Happy New Year's Eve!
To end off 2025 I once again want to talk about the ttrpgs I played for the first time over the past year, as well as what ttrpgs I want to try in the new year!
This year's list is a small one. There were only two ttrpgs I tried for the first time in 2025: Apocalypse World 2e and a play test version of Starfinder 2e.
I had lots of fun playing both games, and I especially enjoy playing Apocalypse World! Really happy I've been able to play the foundational game that started off PBtA.
As for games I'd like to play in 2026, The Wildsea is probably at the top of my list! Really been itching to play it. Many games mentioned in previous year's posts are a I-still-want-to-try-them-but-haven't-gotten-to-yet. (Someday I will play a Blades in the Dark game in the actual BitD setting!!!)
And not on my new-game-to-try list, but I want to finish my play through of Village Witch that I've been slacking on...
I hope everyone has a lovely New Years!
Been a minute since I've drawn my nerdy reluctant werewolf, Todd!
Shifted form and human form! You don't wanna piss off this big fox-beast!
i am looking at you, new ttrpg players. i am looking you in the eyes. you do not need to be like the professional players. it's okay if you can't do voices or stutter or need to pause to think about what you're going to say or how your character would act. we are doing this for fun. gaming should never stop being fun
See my forte is fantasy based art and I'm so upset with myself that I never doodled my noir characters to have dnd counterparts
hey it’s okay. maybe you’ll feel better if you imagine your OCs in fucked up situations
I've had this blog for 10 years?!?!?!!?
how did the time fly so fast??? what the heck
OC wrapped
You thought about this OC 1000000times
You put this OC into one william situations
it must feel good as fuuuuuck to be a dragon and have a ballista bolt bounce off your scaly hide
there's something about facial wounds and scars that really gets me.
you can't hide them. not really. bandages or other coverings reveal just as much or are even more conspicuous than the injury itself sometimes.
the irrevocable change. you won't look the same. small marks or big, slashes, burns, they warp who the victim sees in the mirror. they can't ever forget what happened.
so. much. blood. face and head wounds bleed so much. having to hold someone's jaw or cheek while you mend them??? having to look each other in the eye, see every flinch and grimace... (or not)???
AND THEN the comfort of being accepted with them?? especially if the other person knew the victim before they were injured. being told they're no different than they were before, that they're still loved??? or that they're better than the marks on their skin???
if you have a talking sword it is your moral duty to have a codependent relationship with her
it’s a good thing they’re not tablebottom games because otherwise you’d have to fuck around with like magnets or glue or some shit. youd always have to be dealing with dice or miniatures falling into your eyes. hard to rp expressively while living in constant fear of banging your head. honestly we’re so lucky when you think about it
