For Herry, my headcannons are he’s a Taurus (but does not believe in astrology at all). He’s raised by Granny on a farm (she did a lot of his strength/fitness training prior to the Gods). She was always taking him on very extreme adventures all throughout childhood (paragliding, snowboarding etc etc). It always felt normal to him to be around someone always organising to live life to the fullest by doing crazy stuff but oh my god he’s so tired “please granny, can’t we just stay in and order pizza or something??”. She was very nurturing and always cooking for him but he was raised with a strong sense of responsibility to pull his weight around the house (Granny raised an absolute GENTLEMAN). I think in the OG cott lore Herry was canonically a Germaphobe, which I definitely could subscribe to. I feel like he pulls a lot of attention dating wise but he’s just completely oblivious to it whenever it happens. Plenty of admirers nervously ask him out and he’s just like “yeah sure, let’s go” without actually realising he’s on a date until one of his friends points it out. He clues in more as he gets older (has absolutely no issue getting a prom date - could walk up to the first person that he thought was cute and of course no one will say no to the giant-boy-next-door). He is drawn to the simple life as an adult post-Cronus, he’s not interested in leading his life with a “I must be great!” Attitude - he has his friends, family, a purpose with his work/farm, he loves his community; he doesn’t complicate things. He’s always known who he is, and he accepts others for who they are. Eventually, he ends up being the ultimate girl-dad.
Neil, where to begin? He’s an only child. He’s a mix of Gemini and Leo and every weekend he and Theresa read each other’s horoscope together (much to Herry’s dismay). He’s actually the closest to Theresa in the friend group, they’re the ultimate brunch date duo. To me, he is totally fluid when it comes to dating - he doesn’t bother labelling himself, he just likes hot people. I always had the headcannon that if cott was made into a live action, Neil’s backstory would change to be that he’s not from Canada/US but is actually this very successful KPOP star/model that gets whisked to Canada for this prophesy where no one knows him or his career and he’s struggling to adjust to this shift in position of being suddenly super unknown/unrecognised. I feel like he comes from money, parents are super successful and distant so he’s always had a lot of freedom without supervision from a young age. The attention he did get was from the modelling industry/fans rather than his family, so his ego never really stood a chance. In saying that, his obsession with beauty isn’t just superficial. He does a lot of research on holistic methods and mindset work, he also subscribes to the law of attraction that beautiful thoughts render beautiful outcomes. His powers over luck only boost this for him. I also think his family line descending from narcissus means that his whole family tree are blessed with luck and beauty too.
For cott a great plot line they missed out is showing us each of their families. (Besides Theresa’s dad and herry’s grandma) Iike I need to know who had good relationships with their parents and who didn’t 😭

Ahh love that headcanon to me for some reason he screams foster kid or the scapegoat kid in his family that’s why we never see or hear anything about his family In the show. By any chance do you have a headcanon on why he has his fear of water?
My headcannon is that part of his fear comes from his bloodline being naturally averse to water because of Scamander’s beef with Achilles. But in saying that, there’s a point in the series where Archie says “fears are learned, so that means they can be unlearned!” In the context of being out in the water so mostly I feel like he had a close-call of almost drowning when he was little. I don’t feel like that kind of fear would be irrational ya know?

They’re mostly for childhood/later adulthood but I have the head cannon he was an only child raised by his mum (In my head that’s why as an adult he gravitates towards strong, independent women like Atlanta). My headcannon is he’s protective of his mum and old home life and doesn’t share it much with the group (he secretly calls his mum every day since moving into the brownstone).
Maybe not the most secure childhood (the counsellor in me draws reference from his entry episodes - very dismissive and distrustful of being offered a new home where he’ll be totally looked after and the authority figures see great potential in him). In my head he probably grew up in a not-so-safe neighbourhood, which is why he checks perimeters every new place he stays. I run with the idea his mum had to work long hours to support them so he was left on his own a lot, which is how he got into reading classic Greek stories/poetry - they were the few books available at home and he liked how they didn’t sugarcoat the battles and action scenes.
My theory is he’s good at Martial arts because he used to get into fights a lot as a kid so his mum enrolled him into a martial arts class as an outlet for his temper and to help him develop self-discipline (a really effective strategy to offer kids going through rebellious chapters as a result of trauma/life upheavals!). He also struggles with nightmares since Cronus was defeated (like the others).
I won’t go into my archlanta headcannons on this post BUT i think he and Atlanta are end game and end up being very doting and active parents. Archie would be such an anxious dad, terrified of anything bad happening to baby. I see them getting terrorised by twin sons and then having a youngest daughter, who has Archie completely wrapped around her finger.
Can I just say something honestly and very seriously to all you writers?

Please don't ever stop making art or writing wips that are gruesome, horror, other things like that. Don't let the Internet sanitize how you wanna tell a story. Channel your rage into your art and keep going and don't give up

A chill crawled up Archie’s spine before he even opened his eyes. His muscles ached like he’d been trampled by a hydra, and his skull pulsed with the tell-tale fog of transformation aftermath. The ground beneath him was damp and cold. Too cold.
He groaned and shifted slightly, the weight of dried leaves sticking to his skin.
Something soft thwacked against his chest.
“Rise and shine, sleeping beauty,” A voice cut through the fog—cool, amused, unmistakable.
His eyes snapped open. Above him stood Atlanta, arms crossed, the faintest curl of a smile tugging at her mouth. She nodded toward the bundle she’d just tossed at him before turning away. “Thought you might need these.”
Archie blinked down.
Clothes?
“I managed to find your whip and left boot, but we should probably try and find the other one,” she called out from over her shoulder.
His stomach dropped.
They were her clothes.
He was lying on the forest floor. Stark naked.
…In front of Atlanta.
“Oh Gods-,” He lurched upright, snatching the bundle of clothes into his lap, shielding what modesty he had left. His face flushed a furious red. “Uh- I can explain… “
“Maybe pants first, explanations second,” she said dryly over her shoulder.
“Right. Uh. thanks,” He cringed, voice cracking slightly. He examined the scrunched-up bundle in his hands – Linen, well-worn, clearly hers. Not exactly built for a six-foot werewolf.
“Not that I don’t appreciate it,” he added delicately, “But I don’t think these are going to fit me.”
“See that stitch on the back?”
He lifted the tunic and squinted. Sure enough, a faint rune shimmered just below the collar, woven in golden thread. He checked the pants—same mark along the seam.
“They’re spell-woven,” she explained. “Old neighbour near our cabin used to trade house magic for game during the winter. They’ll stretch to fit the form of the wearer—good for camouflage too. Fur, feathers, scales, whatever. They won’t tear during transformations either. You’re welcome.”
He slipped the tunic on. It grew as promised, unfolding across his shoulders like water soaking into cloth. The pants followed, adjusting to his frame with uncanny ease. A grateful sigh escaped as the cold began to retreat.
Atlanta glanced over her should. “Decent?”
“As I’ll ever be.”
“Good,” She slung her bow over her shoulder, picking up a satchel at her feet. “Now let’s get going. We should probably bring back something for breakfast to cover up our little absence.”
“Right. Of course,” Archie followed. They walked in silence, mist curling low along the forest floor, the hush of dawn still clinging to the trees.
“So…” he said finally, breaking the silence, “How much did you see?”
A dry smile tugged at the corner of her lips. “Arch, you were passed out spread-eagle in the—”
“NOTTHATPART,” he groaned. “I meant… last night.”
She smirked. “You mean the part where you snuck off to meet your little friends? Or the part where you turned into a howling nightmare and chased me through half the woods?”
He winced. “Yeah. That.”
Archie hesitated for a moment; his gaze fixed on the moss underfoot. “Did they…” He swallowed. “Did any of the others see me? Like that?”
Atlanta glanced over; the teasing edge gone from her face. “No,” she said simply. “I led you away before you got close.”
His shoulders eased, just barely. “I didn’t… hurt anyone?”
“You didn’t touch the camp,” she said. “Didn’t even make it near it. I made sure.”
He nodded, quiet for a long beat. “Thanks,” he murmured, voice rough.
Atlanta nudged a loose stone with her boot, then added, almost gently, “You know, you’re surprisingly fast for someone who eats like a human garbage fire.”
He huffed something that might’ve been a laugh, rubbing the back of his neck. “And you’re surprisingly calm for someone who spent the night outrunning a rampaging monster.”
“What, like it’s hard?” she said, flashing him a crooked smile. “Besides, I’ve met worse. But you did a decent job scaring off those two idiots – nice friends you have there, by the way.”
He tensed. “We, er, used to be in the same pack. Once.”
She nodded slowly, catching the shift in his voice.
“They used to be good,” he said quietly. “The leader took us in—kids who’d been infected, cursed. Taught us how to survive, how to control it. It wasn’t exactly cushy, and we were always on the move, but it felt like… something.”
“So why did you leave?”
“I found out what he was really building,” Archie’s voice darkened. “It stopped being a refuge. Started being a recruitment. Suddenly it was all about strength. Power. Some of them started infecting people deliberately. I told him I wouldn’t be part of that.”
Atlanta’s steps slowed. “And now they’re hunting you for leaving.”
Archie glanced away, guilt flickering in his eyes. Until last night he was certain that his past was just as eager to forget about him as he it.
She watched him for a long moment, the shadows of the trees shifting faintly across the blue in his eyes.
“Welp,” she said finally, with a shrug. “All the more reason to find that Oracle and get the hell out of this forest.”
He stopped. “Are you going to tell the others?”
She paused. “No.”
He stared at her. “Why?”
Atlanta’s gaze drifted up to the treetops, her voice quieter now. “Because I know what it’s like to spend your whole life hiding something—something that could get you killed if the wrong person found out. I wouldn’t do that to anyone else. Not without reason.”
Archie looked at her then – really looked – and something softened beneath his ribs.
“Thanks.”
“Don’t thank me yet,” she said, her tone shifting. “Just because I won’t tell them doesn’t mean you shouldn’t.”
“I know.”
She glanced sideways as they carried on. “So… the potion from the other night?”
“Wolfsbane,” He explained, “It suppresses the transformations. Sort of dulls everything between full moons. On the night itself, it’s supposed to knock you out if you drink enough of it. Sleep through the whole thing.”
“And if you don’t get it in time?”
He didn’t answer.
Atlanta didn’t push. But her gaze lingered.
“You should tell them, eventually,” she said quietly. “Not because you owe them an explanation. But if something goes wrong, and you’re not in control…”
“I know.”
They stood there a moment longer, the wind threading through the trees above.
Atlanta bumped his arm with her shoulder and tossed her hunting satchel into his chest. “Come on. You may be part-wolf, but today you’re all pack-mule.”
Archie smirked. “You’re the boss.”
“Just so you know,” she added, deadpan, “I’m fresh out of dog treats.”
