RB if you think all workspaces should offer leave for menstruation/cramps and schools should call it a valid excuse to miss school.

I felt legit guilty going home today bc of my period cramps. The pain was severe since I didn't have any painkillers, and they make me nauseated on heavy days. It feels like what I imagine being stabbed is like. Combine that with over 100 degree weather and STAIRS, it was miserable and I couldn't take it anymore. I still felt bad because it was close to the end of the day and I "could've just toughed it out."

Not sure if it's depression or internalized misogyny talking there, but that's not healthy. Nobody should have to think that!
