it wouldn’t surprise me if the showrunners get s2 aemond to tell the greens he meant to do what he/vhagar did. it’ll prolly be aegon that starts calling him “kinslayer” but as a twisted term of endearment. the king’s landing smallfolks will only hear that luke was a traitor to the realm and tried to usurp the king so aemond had to do what he had to do. grandpapi otto hightower will be spearheading that propaganda. more houses will sway toward the greens. king’s landing will cheer loudly for old boy and his gilf dragon. aemond, who’s so starved for recognition and praise, will have no problem rolling with this account of events but won’t go full blown kinslayer until🩸&🧀. i’ll keep the riverlands in my prayers.
