And then before you know it, we’re back in the cage, trapped from all of life’s really good shit

Don’t skip breakfast

Don’t skip lunch or dinner

Just eat and eating will be easier

Life will welcome you back gradually

The more you eat the more free you will become, the grip it will have over your life loosens every time you defy it.

Your mind becomes freer as you relinquish control and turn your heart to the possibilities of change.

Free your mind one step at a time, free yourself, eat - and think about things that actually matter.

Love each moment.
