anyone else feel like Ardyn would fit right into an early 50's, rainy, noir city scene?

like, he's been staring at you, through the smoke with those golden, piercing eyes, for two songs now. the jazz club is small, but still able to procure a decent wine to his liking and your favorite cocktail. setting down his empty glass, his lips form a devilish smirk—knowing you're going to look away to hide a creeping flush, and pretend to not notice him, as he approaches. and you do.

a pensive, slow song begins to play. and your hand is extended in acceptance before you even quite register the mysterious, handsome man's proposal:

"Please, Miss... Will you dance with me?"
