how to romanticize anything⋆.ೃ࿔*:･🧁🎀

romanticizing ur life is SO important. it means being intentional with everything that u do and creating a life that u love to wake up to in the mornings. its adds beauty to the everyday...💬🎀

ROMANTICIZE UR SURROUNDINGS ;

light candles, make ur room a reflection of you and what u love. make ur room a SANCTUARY. i know i spend a lot of time in my bedroom so i make it a place i love to be. i have a cute pink canopy, i invested in beautiful bedding, invested in my vanity. i look around and feel like im in a doll house and i LOVE it.

ROMANTICIZE UR ROUTINES ;

create rituals and routines that make u feel safe and glamorous and girly and DOLL. romanticize the pretty girl stroll u take in the morning and listen to an uplifting podcast and make urself a cute drink when u get home as a reward.

another example is SKINCARE routines. think of it like self worship with good quality serums and oils and LOVE. take ur routines that u do everyday and make them utterly romantic.

DRESS UP EVERYDAY ;

wear perfumes even if ur just going to bed, put on a nice outfit everyday and doll up even if u have nowhere specific to be. stay ready, dolling is a LIFESTYLE not just an occasional holiday. think of urself like a main character of ur very own girly drama.

CURATE UR VIBE EVERYDAY ;

narrate ur day in ur head like its a journal entry. i talk to myself a lot so i always just do so in my favor. boom, manifestation ritual and romanticization tactic in one. something else i love to do to curate my vibe everyday is listen to a playlist i make everyday and do things that make me feel like ME.

just being present in this moment cuz the only thing that exists is right now. i pause and just appreciate things like textures, sounds, the people around me etc.

ELEVATE THE BORING ;

study in the library with a cute drink, headphones and outfit

go grocery shopping with a list written on cute paper in ur best handwriting and a nice playlist

listen to feel good music while brushing ur teeth

watching comfort shows/movies on the weekends or doing something leisurely then

fall/halloween activities !!

HAII DOLLS !! i know it’s kinda like super early but it’s getting colder where i am and im getting super excited 4 halloween/fall ! so here’s some activities 2 do if ur bored ! 🥹

♡ pumpkin carving !! - buy a pumpkin from the store or a pumpkin patch nd look on pinterest for inspiration ! put on a halloween movie & carve ur idea out ! ( u can put a tea candle in 2 make a jack-o’-lantern !!! )

♡ baking !! u can buy pre-made halloween cookie dough or make ur own ! make sugar cookies and decorate them like pumpkins and ghosts, or make festive treats like pumpkin pie or warm cinnamon apple pie !! - i have so many recipes saved hehe

♡ pumpkin painting !! similar to carving but buy paints and draw on ur pumpkin with pencil to map it out- then paint it however ur heart desires !

♡ a movie night !! after you’ve made ur treats ( or just bought some !! ) put ur favourite scary movie on, get cozy with blankets and a pumpkin spice latte/ hot coco and dim the lights 4 the vibe ;3

♡ a scare night !! see if there’s any near u and book tickets with ur friends! dress up in super cute and cozy outfits (sweaters, uggs, leg warmers…) & go with ur bestest friends !! 🥹
