Like creating your own doctor (option to pick male or female, choosing their appearance) and then working at the mill health center You'd choose your own conversational options which would influence how well you get along with other staff and patients, you choose your own views on medical care that could possibly lead to tension within the practice depending on your views The gameplay aspect could be the impact of your care? Making tough moral decisions on the right way to handle a situation like they often do on doctors? Possible quick time events If you were working at the police station and needed to protect yourself against an unruly patient? Also romance options. A male doctor might have the option of romancing Ayesha, Niamh or Mrs Tembe A female doctor could romance Al, Jimmi or sid Certain events happen depending on how high your relationships and friendships get with certain characters If your in high friendship with Mrs Tembe she invites you to church with her or charity events If your in high friendship with al and Jimmi you go out to the pub If your on low friendship with Al he questions your religious beliefs I would play it so hard, does this count as a confession?
