Shout out to another animated mom I admire. This was one of my favorite things she did. I'd kill for a mom that would drag me out of a job that I hated because she wasn't about to let me be treated like crap. Lol. Seriously, Helen may not have been perfect, but I loved when she stood up for Daria. Just like in that art contest when she told Ms. Li that her trying to punish Daria wasn't going to fly.

After so many days of non-starters, I finally put pen to tablet and finished this up. It's getting so hard to draw these days...

This is inspired by the phrase about leading a horse to water, but this time the horse has the water for you. This is my second time around doing the year of the horse. I like this design much better than my first go at it. Progress? Who knows.
