Hiya my name is Kacey and I'm 22 years old. I live in South Australia. 5,6. UGW a fit toned 50kg. I had this blog for quite some time now and this is my third attempt at getting healthy. If there is anything I've learned along the way it's that it's ok to slip up! You WILL find motivation again and you never know; the next time you start over might be the time it sticks. The reality of losing 99 pounds. No I don’t have saggy skin. But it is like playdoh. When I lean over it bunches up and hangs. Yes I have to wear push up bras because I’ve deflated so much that any other style looks weird.

But I’m proud of this. I actually FEEL sexy now. The “rolls” I have now aren’t killing me. They aren’t going to give me diabetes. They aren’t stopping me from breathing in my sleep. They aren’t hurting me when I work out. No I’m not perfect. I never will be. No matter how hard I work in the gym. But my new definition of SEXY looks a lot more like HEALTHY.

MY BODY IS STRONG. MY BODY IS BEAUTIFUL.
