You have to trust that there will be people who won’t abandon you. You have to believe that you are deserving. You have to fight your trigger/patterns by knowing what they are and where they came from. You have to forgive yourself for not knowing any better. Accept your underlying fear of abandonment and powerlessness. Try to take deep breaths when you‘re overwhelmed by your emotions. Do your best to withhold your subconscious need to control.
