Oh Hi it's understandable that you might leave here some advice i can try to give you

Block anything beatles related on your Fyp if you feel annoyed

Try Listening to Other artists or Watch a new Show Or Movie franchise (as long as it's not made by a Transphobe)

Do some Healthy and Fun Activities either online and real life to get your mind off them
