I consider myself blessed, or lucky as one would say. After all, I have been given gifts money cannot buy. A beautiful family, a love so wonderful it cleansed my sins, a heart burning with passion, and you.

The cup

Women, your lover in particular, are like a cup. They have a wide variety of feelings and emotions that most men can't understand. But they do have 3 main emotions that us, men, can work with. Sadness, happiness and numbness. Or salty water, sweet orange juice and water. Now, as a man, if you give give her one certain emotion by an act that you have done, like orange juice or a simple kiss on her cheek, she will gladly return the favor. And thus, you can drink the orange juice by choice. But if, for say, you have an argument with her, she will give you salty water and sooner or later you know you will have to drink it. Because you cant risk the expectation that the cup will just empty itself of the salty water and be suddenly replaced with orange juice, without drinking it, or facing the problem you have caused her. Now numbness, or water, is ok. Its not good nor is it bad. But if somehow, and someway you have done mutiple acts that cause the cup to be overfilled with all emotions, you will soon have to drink it. In order to fix it.

Men...when your lady is giving you mixed emotions, there probably is something that is bothering her. It can be you or it can be something or someone else, but mostly its you. When you are in this predicament, you cant just forever turn your back from the problem, the overfilled cup. Because the only right thing to do is to face it and drink it empty and replace it with something sweet. It will taste way better and bearable than a cup filled with mixed emotions.
