I often wonder why it is that my mind never stops moving or thinking.

Each morning when I wake up I have a different song playing in my head.

I do the same morning routine, but yet the song is always different.

Am I slowly loosing my mind or is my body preparing for a new day?

Is it trying to prep me for the anxiety I already feel about a day that hasn’t even begun.

Or is it prepping me for days that have not begun yet?
