okay so i was gonna write a post about in love forever when i was ten minutes into the first episode and i'm actually glad that, for the first time since i've started actively watching gls, i did NOT put my foot in my mouth 🤭

listen, i know none of us trust ch3 anymore and i still don't, i genuinely don't, but - and hear me out here - give this one a go. seriously, give it a go.

the first ten to fifteen minutes were genuinely not doing jack shit for me and i was immediately drawn to that beautiful "x" button in the corner of my screen but then an important piece of backstory is dropped (if you're like me and you know very little of these characters, it's very important, at least 🤭) and you immediately understand their motivations and why they're acting the way they are. and immediately, the initial awkwardness and discomfort actually makes a whole ton of sense.

by minutes 30-something, i was a little hooked, ngl. i LOVE neen, genuinely, and i feel for runch, so hard (girlie still needs to keep her mother in line, DESPERATELY SO).

on the off chance that i might be putting my foot in my mouth now, i have a feeling this might actually be good and i'm overjoyed and so excited to see that good lingorm acting back on my screen 🥰

these characters fit them really well and the dynamic is gonna be so much fun with all this angst we're immediately thrown into, with heaps AND I MEAN HEAPS of history between them. deeeeeeeeelicious 😌
