PILATES, YOGA, BARRE, AND SOLIDCORE!!!
Hi girlies! lets talk wellness. I love working out and moving my body so naturally I have been a gym girlie, to a pilates girlie, to a yoga girlie... ive done it all! I swear lol. trying all these different workouts out gave me the best workout routine ever!
3 solid core classes/week
1 hot vinyasa yoga/week
1-2 at home pilates inspired workout/week
SolidCore is my FAVORITE. it's a Pilates inspired workout that gives you one of the hardest challenges in your life! I can definitely say after 5 classes you feel super strong and your body just feels so much better! since its a core focused workout, ive noticed a huge decrease in bloating and overall helped me achieve toned stomach, arms, and legs! it is most definitely a lot harder than pilates!
when I was in my yoga era, I fell in love with vinyasa. basically a practice of yoga that involves a continuous flow. my local yoga studio, offers a HIIT Vinyasa in a 99 degree room. its the best strength building class that will make you sweat and stretch at the same time.
to keep the consistency, I do a couple workouts at home in between my classes. ive done barre and traditional pilates at a studio but ive noticed that those workouts can easily be done any home AND WE ALL KNOW THESE CLASSES ARE EXPENSIVE ASF!!! so I barre/pilates inspired classes at home! these are some of my favorite videos to follow along! I promise they work just as great!

what if the structure you crave isn’t solely about strict discipline, but about designing your life around what feels the most deeply nourishing? what would happen if you learned to trust yourself, rather than relying on external authority and systems to tell you how to live? what if you honoured what you actually need, instead of what you feel you should? what would happen then?
motivational quotes to say to yourself in the morning ✨
“today is a new beginning, full of endless possibilities.”
“i am capable of handling anything that comes my way.”
“my potential is limitless, and i trust myself to grow.”
“i choose to focus on progress, not perfection.”
“i am worthy of love, success, and happiness.”
“i have the strength to overcome challenges and create my best life.”
“i will show up for myself today and every day.”
“i radiate confidence, positivity, and determination.”
“every small step I take brings me closer to my goals.”
repeat a few of these to set the tone for a powerful and positive day 💖
focus on the likes and not the wants
you may not want to clean your room, but you like the peace and call it brings you after
you may not want to study, but you like the confidence and satisfaction you get from being prepared
you may not not want to apologise, but you like the relief and connection that reconciliation brings
you may not want to cook, but you like the satisfaction of eating a healthy come cooked meal prepared with love
you may not want to exercise, but you like how you feel afterwards and how it makes you confident
you may not want to journal or write, but you like the reflection and calm it brings you
you may not want to step out of your comfort zone, but you like the new experiences and growth you gain from it

Reminder; 20 Tips For Living Mindfully
**cus you need it!
1. Slow down and just breathe
2. Enjoy every small thing
3. Practice gratitude for everything
4. Don't be so hard on yourself
5. Admire the good in yourself
6. Let negative emotions happen and then allow them to wash away
7. Love yourself more - with no strings attached
8. Do things you like to do and often
9. Take time for yourself
10. Don't take the company of those you love for granted
11. Let go of fear for the future
12. Release the past
13. Forgive yourself
14. Eat things with intention that are good for you - but don't beat yourself up on the occasion that you do indulge
15. Do something physical
16. Live authentically
17. Meditate
18. Focus only on one task at a time
19. Listen and observe more
20. Allow yourself to just be and find joy in the present moment
Discipline is the strongest form of self love. It’s ignoring current pleasures for bigger rewards to come. It’s loving yourself enough to do whatever you need to do, to give yourself everything you’ve ever wanted. It’s giving up the good for the great. It’s about being relentless and having tunnel vision. It’s about believing in the long game and knowing you will accomplish the things you want.
New habits to adopt in 2025
Time Management
Time is your most valuable resource. This year, try dividing your day into focused blocks:
Creation time: Work on your projects with intensity and zero distractions.
Authentic rest time: Turn off your phone, read a book, or simply enjoy doing nothing.
Connection time: Dedicate exclusive moments to connect with loved ones—no multitasking!
Improve your sleep habits
It’s not just about sleeping 8 hours, it’s about sleeping well! Create a ritual before bed:
Turn off screens 1 hour before sleeping.
Write in a gratitude journal to clear your mind.
Use essential oils like lavender or practice deep breathing exercises.
Embrace Mental Minimalism
Do a “declutter” of your mind:
Cut back on unnecessary commitments.
Use “no” as a tool for self-care.
Use apps or tools to stay organized, but don’t let them dominate your life.
Learn Something New Every Month
Wellness also means growing intellectually. 2025 is the year to step out of your comfort zone! Learn:
A new language.
A fresh recipe.
A breathing or mindfulness technique you didn’t know before.
Connect with Nature
You don’t have to wait for vacations to touch base with the earth. Incorporate small moments:
Plant something in your home.
Walk barefoot on the grass.
Watch the sunrise or sunset
Cultivate Conscious Relationships
Surround yourself with people who uplift you. Dedicate time to meaningful and authentic conversations. A good exercise:
Ask someone how they’re really feeling and listen without interruptions.
Do a Weekly Emotional Check-Up
Just as you check your physical health, check your emotions. Ask yourself:
What made me happy this week?
What caused me stress or sadness, and how can I improve it?
BONUS: Be Kind to Yourself
Remember: you’re a human being in constant evolution. Celebrate your achievements, big and small ✨
