Parker chuckles and smiles as he munches on his steak. He thanks him and takes a sip of it before setting it down. “Don’t get too fucked up. I’d like to have a makeout session after I finish my food.” he says as he winks

“I’m sorry,” Parker says and notices his marks. He knows they’re probably scary. He sighs and drinks some of the wine. He tries not to make a face, but scrunches his nose and sets his glass down. “I’ve been trying to control it.” he assures Sky, referring to his marks.

“Flat-ass hoe better stay away from you,” he says bitterly and looks almost annoyed. He realizes what he said and chuckles, shrugging his shoulders at Skylar’s surprise. “She can’t get anyone else, but that doesn’t mean she can have mine.” he says, his marks flaring up for only a moment.

He starts off with his baked potato, humming contently because Skylar remembered his extra sour cream. He looks towards him and sighs quietly, “You’re too nice to me...” he says as he looks over Sky. “How was work today?” he asks and tilts his head curiously. It’s their usual topic of conversation.

Parker blushes even more, looking down at the food. He feels like he’s dreaming, “I love you too.” he says softly as he opens his and grins, “Hell fucking yeah,” he grins happily when he sees the steak. “Steak and wine, I feel like a princess.” he bats his eyelashes playfully.

“This is so fucking cheesy,” Parker laughs and looks towards the table and the candles. “Is that wine?” he asks as he wiggles his eyebrows and looks over to Sky as he walks around. He still hasn’t stopped blushing since they came up here. “I don’t... I’ve never been on a date, as embarrassing as that is.”

Elora moves her head away when he does so before buttoning her coat. “Good night, Gideon.” She replies shortly as she walks past him and opens the door. “Two days.” she says before walking down the steps.

“”Because you have a horribly short temper, and I lived with you for ten years,” she says, a deep glare suggesting the rest. “After everything we’ve been through, I know you best,” she says in a sour tone, grabbing her coat.

Elora sighs as he walks off, trying to show no emotion about it. She’s never been away from one of her kids for more than a day. She looks to Gideon, “You take care of him. Don’t pull any of your bullshit,” she says quietly so he couldn’t hear her. “I will be coming back in two days ot check on him.” she says firmly. while looking up at him.

Elora walks inside, not sparing him a glance as she walks past him. She offers to help him unpack his bags, “It’s the least I can do..” she says softly towards her son with a small smile.
