I did it! I managed to photograph and document the thing(s) that made me happy for 100 consecutive days. From doing this little project I've noticed that there are four key things I need to have in my life to be and stay happy 1. (Good!) Food 2. Friends 3. Fresh Air 4. Family I don't read a whole lot of research on positive psychology but I'm sure my info is probably not new so I'm not expecting any scholarships! Thanks for looking/taking part x
