can i just say something. i've tried to be nice. i've turned a blind eye for my darling mutuals' sake. i scroll quickly past the gifsets. but i just went in the it (2017) tag and i saw something that sent chills down my spine. several somethings. i can't stay quiet any longer. the long walk will NEVERRRRRR be it (2017) and you sound stupid for comparing them. you sound insane. it (2017) was a cultural moment born out of it (2019) mania becuase there was something there. there was something there. what is there in the long walk? nothing. there's nothing redeemable or positive about the long walk. it was 1) boring as fuck 2) dumb as fuck 3) terribly written 4) thematically incoherent with a terrible ending 5) not compelling except pete. but see here's the thing. they tried to create pete in a lab to be likable by hiring a beautiful and talented actor and gaycoding him and guess what i still don't even really give a fuck about pete and i DONT think he was in love with that fucking licorice pizza fuck i HATE the licorice pizza nepo baby you guys he's charmless and i'm sick of seeing his square ass head i'm SICK and he will NEVER BE BILL!!!!
