I find it peculiar that my ex has all these reasons to work from home AFTER we break up. Even online trainings! I asked him more than a few times to work from home when we were together but he couldn’t.

Oh, and he still hasn’t fed the dog. I’m starting to think he only gets one meal at night when I feed him.

One of the best pieces of advice I can give is this: be extremely picky on who you surround yourself with. These are the people who are going to support you and who you are going to need to count on in life. Not having adequate people in your life can make you feel so lonely during times where people need support.

Yesterday this girl was complaining that her uncle went to a bar in Ireland and ordered a Coors Light, then any IPA and was asked to leave. When I tried explaining that it’s like going to an Irish pub around here and ordering a Budweiser but worse, she tried saying, “yeah, but the thing is you go to de Vere’s for the way they pour that beer.”

So how they pour it... IN IRELAND?! In the country who’s incredibly proud of their beer, takes passion in how it’s brewed and poured? People go to Ireland from all over the world to have a fresh Guinness and learn how to pour it the traditional way. Ordering a Coors Light there is like ordering Jack Daniel’s at the Laugavulin distillery.

Someimes you just have to smile and nod at ethnocentric stupidity.
