Had an interesting conversation with a... "woke"girl👩🏾🏫(whatever your definition is)...idk how to describe her,but I learned SO MUCH about myself.🤔🤔
Interesting because we were talking about having kids etc and how she wants kids but not sure if she wants to be with a someone "forever" well I have no problem with that🤷🏿♂️, but then she directed the convo to male toxicity(Not in a malicious/petty way,we grown.) and how that was ruining society and she gave her exs as examples of emotional stress and it was all about pride and attachment revolving around EGO and then fuck around and call it love😬🤯(?) (and I'm far from knowing if I'm right.)
*and at that moment I zoned out👨🏿🚀 i felt sofocuted like idk how to explain it, i was feeling her pain but I was deeply disturbed about how much pain she allowed herself to take...so... I felt nonplussed as if I was sent to another plain of existence to search for an answer ... but again...*
If you allow yourself to feel everything does it mean you understand it?
BUT‼ at the same time allow yourself to feel everything be empathetic and understanding not always emotional and egotistical bc I dont think that you should be someone's priority (yhea!) I think we should embrace those feelings learn about them, and be mindful about how we project our energy because others can definitely absorb it, and don't throw your past at someone, it is not their responsibility to figure it out how you should handle your trauma. People are not going to treat you better just because you a good person but you got yourself always
I'm still trying to figure out words to just tell you and myself to do a deep dive into ourselves that theres alot to discover, I feel like we have all the answers but we are not able focus or further our understanding due to our egos, "the wall" the outside noises...
And with this said i went home and tried to experience the same thing, so zone out and watch your thoughts/noises just watch all the fucking bullshit popping in my head and realizing how much shit/fake entertainment the world offers you and feeds you to block you from learning about yourself, work, working for someone's dreams everyday? Oh really?
And I felt peace within myself , Not knowing shit about myself made me happy, theres another chapter of me that is yet to be discovered understood and written. YES!!!!!
And this is where I'm "stuck" what's next?what happened? Why now? Why all of the sudden? Why keep i questioning everything society offers all over again with a different intensity?
And why society so focused in ignoring the importance of understanding yourself??
